CHAPTER SIX Aftermath [10:03 PM] Yoongi couldn't think straight, breath straight. Hell, he couldn't even look at the boys the same. He feels that all of them, even Seokjin, had a say and a hand in Hoseok's death. Even himself. And he isn't the one to blame anybody for anything. Yoongi always had an optimistic view on life, but after Hoseok's death and a depressing farewell funeral the week after, Yoongi decided to keep his mouth shut. Arguments started, decisions were never made, and things went to hell. Just as Yoongi expected. The group sat in Hoseok's living room, staring at the coffee table in the middle of the group. Yoongi clenched his teeth repeatedly, balling and unballing his fists. Then he lost it. "Namjoon, this is all your f*****g fault!" Yoongi screamed, nearly flipping over the table. The boys scooted back and stared in shock. Namjoon stared at Yoongi like he didn't have anything to do with this. "Say something, you f*****g bastard," Yoongi tried to enclose the space between the two, Namjoon then standing up and looking at the brittle boy before him.   Yoongi was shorter than him, but he had a lot of strength that built up over the last three years. He and Namjoon never really saw eye to eye, but after Hoseok's death, he believed Namjoon was the worst of them all. Namjoon clenched his jaw, then forcefully pushed Yoongi, causing him to let out a gasp past his lips. Taehyung stood up quickly. "Namjoon, this isn't the time for- " "Shut the f**k up," Namjoon spat, "what, Yoongi? Got anything else to say? Or are you going to kick my ass like you've wanted to do for the last three years?" Yoongi gritted his teeth. "You're just a p***y," Namjoon scoffed, "always have been and always will. It’s a shame someone had to die just to get you to show your true colors." "Namjoon, stop," Seokjin bit his lip, setting a hand on his shoulder and desperately trying to pull him back. Namjoon jerks forward. "You're no special, Min Yoongi," Namjoon spat bitterly, "there's a monster in all of us, and you're no exception!" "Shut the f**k up!" Yoongi screamed, yanking at his hair in frustration. "Don't act like I don't f*****g know, Yoongi! You were the one that gave those pills to Hoseok in the first f*****g place!" "Namjoon!" Jeongguk stood up, but Namjoon slowly inched towards the blonde haired boy. "You shouldn’t have gave those pills to Hoseok!" Namjoon yelled, "and what did you f*****g do? Tell him the pills would help with his sleep deprivation, and it only made it worse!" Yoongi nearly threw up but anger prevented him from doing so. "You're not. f*****g. Perfect, Min Yoongi," Namjoon finally said, "you're just as f****d as the rest of us." And Min Yoongi lost it, slamming his fist into Namjoon's jaw until the both of them collide and fall onto the coffee table, breaking it in half so easily. With all the strength in his frail body, Jimin pulls Yoongi off Namjoon, the blonde-haired boy crying out and asking the lord himself, why couldn't it be him? Jeongguk, Seokjin, and Taehyung stared at Yoongi, the boy thrashing and yelling as if the devil himself had entered Yoongi's body. Namjoon stood up, as if nothing happened, and wiped the blood off his lip before meeting eye to eye with Yoongi. "Step your f*****g game up, bastard," Namjoon says, spitting his blood onto Yoongi's face, causing the boy to thrash even harder, yelling harsh profanities as Jimin and Taehyung tried to keep him from killing Namjoon himself. Namjoon slams the door shut and he never returned to Hoseok's home. For Yoongi had met the eyes of what he thought was the devil himself.
