Alpha Aaron P.O.V

We finally deplaned and headed for my pack. I definitely missed home. I'm thankful we only lost a few warriors and none of which were mine. "How's Rosa?" I asked Triss."She's doing a lot better. Once we get her home she can start healing. The things they did to her were horrific. I hate that I didn't find her sooner", he finished solemnly."She was out of the country, try not to blame yourself. I know the feeling. I saw Lina a couple years ago and ignored her due to a misunderstanding and because of that she endured more than she should have". We all hopped in the SUV and began our way home. Triss was driving while I rode passenger with the girls in the back seat. I decided to video conference Beau and Lou on the way. "Hey Alpha's", I greeted. "Aaron have you heard?" I looked at Lou. "Heard what?" They both looked down. "Your pack was attacked last night. Were here now trying to assess the damage", Beau replied. "How many?" I was losing my patience already. "None of yours. However Lina was taken". I immediately saw red. "WHAT?" TRISS, DRIVE FASTER NOW", I yelled. He stepped on the pedal. "Alpha we are already investigating and doing everything we can", Lou said. "Whatever it is clearly isn't enough if it's ten a.m and she's still missing", I hung up.

Lina P.O.V

I looked around and noticed I was in a cell. Except this cell had food, water bottles, and toiletry items. I was sniffing around when I saw a familiar face. I immediately growled getting into attack position. "No need to get upset. I'm here with good intentions. I just need to talk Lina". He held his hands up as if to surrender. "No threat", he said. I shifted and he closed his eyes tossing me a t-shirt and shorts. "Long time beta Duncan. Why did you take me if you pose no threat?" He smiled. "I wanna rectify my mistakes. I made myself rogue if you haven't noticed", he said pointing to himself. That black aura was definitely there."How could I possibly help you?" He unlocked the cell. " I helped the traitor Ariel kidnap Sheila. I regretted it as soon as it happened. Afterwards Gage called me and informed me what all his plans were. I felt sick and I couldn't do it anymore. I had a friend in the pack he was taking refuge in. He was able to escort my family to safety. They're here with me but they are rogues as well. I don't want my children growing up as rogues. I would like to find a pack to accept us", he finished. "Why would I help you? You never put a stop to the harassment I had to endure and even in the cells you never tried to help me. I can't help you". We both stared at eachother a moment. " Please, I was following orders. If I'd gone against him he would've killed my family. That's why they were there with him while I got stuck here spying. So he could use me as long as he wanted. I never wanted to be a bad person but I had to do whatever it took to protect them. I really am sorry", he looked down. "Then why did you have a witch take me?" He shrugged. "Who'd believe me if not you?" I sighed. "Where'd you get the witch anyways?", I asked. " My wife found her half dead when she wouldn't give Gage what he wanted. He practically ran that pack even with Edgar around. That pack was at a bad state and Gage took advantage of it." I sat down taking this all in. "I can't get you into my pack however, I can see about Beau or Lou. I can try but that's all I can do." He sighed. " I will be forever grateful".

Alpha Aaron P.O.V

Eversince I arrived home I've been turning this place upside down for anything that could help me. My parents have been trying to help but they are all just making it worse. I can't think and I can't function. I'm literally losing it. "DOM"! A few seconds went by and Dom was there." Yes Alpha". I stood. "RUN ME THROUGH WHAT HAPPENED AGAIN", I demanded. I sat there listening to every detail again as Dom explained. " I told her to stay inside but she wouldn't listen to me. She insisted on helping us and I was in no position to defy her", he finished. "Leave". I stayed pacing and chugging coffee all day. I can't drink alcohol. I have to stay sober in case she's found or I find her I kept reminding myself. Beau and Lou headed back to their packs to check on things. I am eternally grateful for them but I know they are needed elsewhere. I stepped outside to take a walk. If I let my wolf out I'll end up blindly running around for her and that's not smart. So I walked the entirety of my pack along the tree lines. I needed her back. I can't breathe without her.

Gamma Chase P.O.V

With my Alpha now dead there's nothing left for me but revenge. Duncan decided to completely defy him. I've been watching him for days and the only thing he did right was taking Lina. I'm not stupid. He confided in me about all his doubts. My only issue is I don't have Alpha blood. However as soon as I found out about her silver wolf I knew I could get rogues on my side when it came down to it. I guess that Alpha Aaron needs to learn to protect his border better. There were more rogues than pack members these days. I approached Duncan's hideout with ease. Soon as I saw Lina and him walking out of the house I smirked. It's my time to shine.
