1.1.9 Colton found Selma in the copy room. The coffee machine was there as well, so when he realized that he didn’t have any actual purpose in being in the copy room and this might appear odd, he casually walked up to the complimentary coffee in the corner of the room, grabbed a cup, and filled it to the brim. As he stirred his coffee, he looked over at Selma, who had not yet—to his knowledge—looked up from the papers she was copying. She appeared entirely focused on the small stack of papers she had brought with her. She does look quite amazing, Colton thought. He realized how dark and olive-toned her skin was, and he wondered again about her ethnicity. Some Asian? Some Hispanic? A blend of everything? Selma looked up at him. He recognized the look to be more than just a casual glance
