Cross World Revalry

It was the first day of march, alex and clyde went to a video game store and bought the latest version of jump force. Having to go to a lot of troble they finally got their hands on the game after searching for several days. Not to far from where they were they've found a classic shop selling sweet pastrey, they went inside and treat themselves for a small occasion after going through so many struggles. The two talked about the new game and were exited to play it after they get back home. After the meal they head back to alex's house, just before leaving from a bus they stumble upon a strange old man wrap in black cloak. The black man approch the two young boys and asked if they are willing to play with him in a card game. One of them got causious and told the man what will be on the line, the man grab a pair of tickets and told them if they win they could go to the land of the rising sun with all expensses included. Alex being an unbeatable gambler he got himself shooting for the clouds on what would await for them in japan. Clyde the very causious one warned his friend on what would be the opposite if they lost, and the man in black spoke plainly he will have their heads. Terrifide on what the man had said but alex being so reckless he did'nt have a care on what would be the consequences to his actions. He agreed to the proposal and both of them started to sign the dark dealing although causious clyde has fully trust on alex's decision. The man took a deck of cards from his pocket and began to shuffle the cards as he explained the rules of the game. Both of them played a match called high steak were the players draw only one card on every round in witch both can discard their hand to draw another card once in every turn. The player with the highest point win and it will be an instant victory if a player manage to draw an aced card no matter how high the opponets card is. As the game were set alex and clyde figth their way through this life and death gamble Clyde began to shed sweat of tears nervous and afraid but alex still has his unyielding confidence to the game. As the man draw his first card so did alex drew his, the man asked if he wants to exchange his card to draw another one but the young man declined the offer. Both of them exchange beliefs and their tones began to change so does the atmosphere around as well. Nows the time to reveal their cards on what would be the destiny for the two of them. The man slowly turn his card showing that his hand was the king of diamonds clyde almost fainted because of this, he began to see his life flash before his eyes. Alex has only one shot of this by getting a draw for having the same card as the man or an aced for a gaurenteed victory. He told the boy once more if he is willing to change his hand but still he refuses despite the fact that he did'nt take a peek at his hand card. Alex has no clue what could be underneath his holding yet he still strive to hold on with this card. The man ask the boy why he didnt bother to look at his hand with full of pride he answered back at him saying that he never loose once in a card game all of his life. Then the moment of truth alex showed the man his hand held it was an aced of spade. Trumendusly shocked to what the man had seen, never in his life he met a guy who drew the aced at the first round. Clearly its a four out of fifty-two chances that this would happened says the man. But alex's reply hasnt waver that he is unbeatable when it comes to card games. As the bet was upheld the man gave the tickets too them without any hesitation, alex slap his friend telling to snap out of it and he told him that they've won. His friend couldnt believe the news and alex tries to slap him once more to bring him some sense to his friend clyde. After they got the their prize the mystyrious man vanish without a traise. Soon after the insedent both of them checked the tickets if they were still valid and it was. They immediately they packed up their stuff and left for the airport. Just as they were near the sight both of them took a slight detour on a souvenir shop. The store was pretty old and had alot of dust they wandered for a short moment before they try to asked on where is the shop owner. Standing quitely in a corner near clyde was the keeper his friend got startteld for a second. Alex told the owner if he had somerhing usefull to sell them, with a big grin in his face the owner showed them some of his fascinated products but the two never took interest. Until an object caught alex's eye it was a marble shaped ore bout the size of his fist and the owner told them that this has a hidden powers. The man told them on how he got the ore, it was a clear night while hiking on the mountains he saw what it appears to be a comet just so happened to passed by he gaze at it then he realize the direction of the comets path suddenly change. It was now heading towards him he quickly run as fast as he could but the impact still manage to got him. After the landing he went to the area where the comet had crashed not knowing what would happened to him at that moment. As he got closer and closer he found a stone like ore in a perfect sphere shape form glowing with radiant aura, he took the stone and tries to figure out what mystyries lies inside of it. Many years of research had passed and he now began to understand the power within it. It has the ability to grand the user any desire he wants but with great power comes with great challenges. It can make any wish become a reality but you also must fullfil its contract otherwise your life shall be the tole for your desicion. After hearing the story alex asked how much its worth the owner refuses to give any prices involving the stone. Without any luck the two of them descided to leave shop empty handed then the owner told them that could they really handle the power of the stone if he would handed it over them. As i he had metioned it before the contract is no easy task, there are no hints, no guide lines, and there are no second chances if you die then thats that its game over. Would you still accept it even after so many warnings the man had said. Both stare at each other and said to the owner we trive for challenges no matter how painfull the contract maybe, were born to take risk and where not afraid to go beyond the limits. We both had our differences even with weakness but we take those negativity and turn it into a fiery fuel that destroys the boundary between fear and hopelessness, as long as we got each others back, and the raging fire keeps burning theres nothing impossible can hold us down. Moved by their message the owner gave them the stone and without charges gaving it for free as a token of gratitude for teaching him how to be stong in times of crisis. As they got the stone the two left for the airport to go the japan where their journey was just getting started. The End of episode 1.
