Let me corrupt that for you

Lucifer; I scuffed my feet along the ground, sulking. This world was so, so, dusty, I sighed feeling deflated. My stomach let out a low rumble, my tongue stuck to my cheeks. How was I going to survive this place. I pushed my way through the heavy glass doors of a place called " THE DINER" and slumped my aching body onto a swivel seat infront of an Island bench. " Good morning darlin', what can I get for ya" her raspy voice drawled. My dark eyes raised, meeting with her intense stare, she chewed on a wooden tooth pick and twirled her fingers in her hair. Her hard face screamed impatience. "Today love, I haven't got all day, you need to order before the Hens procession arrive" Her voice cut through my thoughts. " A water and toast" I replied curtly, pushing the menu back towards her. I had no time for people such as this. I was above them. Obviously! What is a hens procession anyway? Excited chatter filled my ears, a large group of women filed through the heavy glass doors, laughing and linking arms. I sat silently, sneaking glances at the excited flock of young ladies. So many beautiful young women. I mustn't stare, I don't know the inner workings of the town just yet, but I will soon. I just need time. The raspy bear dropped my order infront of me and turned on her heel, her day just got busy. The cold water slid down my throat, I had not realised how incredibly thirsty I was. Was this a constant feeling for humans? severe discomfort. I had felt nothing but since arriving on this disgusting planet. Again, Raspy stole me from my thoughts. " Here is your cheque" she said the thin paper towards me, I looked at her in horror. I didn't quiet know what this meant. " Money, honey. You have to pay what is owed." She mocked, tapping a claw on the bench top. Speechless, I stood up searching my pocket. Surely, he would not send me here with no means? A small hand pushed past me, depositing strange notes onto the counter. " Don't be so harsh Sue." The young woman laughed. Her Honey eyes met with mine. She sparkled, her smile radiated from her lips and lit up her whole face. " Hi my name is Lucy." She held her hand towards me. I smiled in return and grabbed hold " Luc." I replied curtly. This woman was taking my breath away. She screamed innocence, it felt as if she was sucking the bad from my body with just a smile. I shook my head to recompose myself. " Thank you, I just arrive in town and I have not found my bearings yet." " We always welcome visitors, don't we Sue" she gestured towards the old bear behind the counter whos face scrunched in disgust. " You are far to good and kind child." Lucy stood staring at the bear. " Everyone is welcome Sue, you know this!" The old woman turned away mumbling I caught the words " Pastors daughter " my ears pricked up as I returned my alert gaze back to Lucy. " Don't worry about Sue, she is so un-trusting. It truly baffles me." Lucy chuckles before reaching across and placing her small hand on my shoulder, her honey eyes stare directly at me as she smiles tilting her head to the side. " It was so lovely to meet you Luc, I look foward to seeing you around." Bouncing back towards her friends I mulled over our conversation. Lucy, so innocent, so trusting, kind.... Let me corrupt that for you love! I smirked to myself. This one will be fun to crack.
