My name is Olivier Parker, I am a Frenchman and my father is a restaurant owner. I see Stella for the first time in that Restaurant, During my travel to Kerala 'the god's own country’. Just a few months before the pandemic. I made a bucket list for myself doing things before 2020. The First one was travel to India Thus I made a travel Plan the places include Agra (Taj mahal) Rajasthan, goa and Finally Kerala. In India People here should be shaking their heads at anything for saying yes, no, okay, all of this is just shaking their heads and the street food here is really amazing even though it was little spicy. Garam Masala is the main ingredient in Indian curries. Clove, Cinnamon, Cardamom and Nutmeg are some of the spices that my previous generations used to come here for. I came here as a traveller and in search of my own tasty foods. During my visit in Kerala, I was amazed to see people eating in banana leaves. One day I entered a restaurant in Alappey, it was small and beautifully decorated one. A girl came to me to take Orders. Most of the Foods are not known to me, So I ask her suggestion. she gave me some suggestion finally I ordered "Appam and egg Curry”. This is really good, I told to her, who is the chef here, I asked, actually me and My brother running this restaurant, he manages the accounts rest of all done by me. You’re really talented, the food you made was awesome I told to her and asked for her business card, on that her Name was written as stella and also her phone number and Email. She told me that she also works as a tourist guide in her spare time so she took me on a house boat to show me Kathakali that day. Before leaving there, she gifted me a painting she had painted and it was a very beautiful one. It was a trip I really enjoyed. when I got back home and now the corona has started so I see it sitting like that with no way out. So, one day I received an e-mail from her informing her that her restaurant was locked and that she was in dire financial straits and requested that our restaurant provide some work to her. I replied to her ‘let's see’. After talking to my dad about her, I was able to give her a job and a visa. After coming here, she worked as a waitress and chef and the rest of the time she worked as an accountant in a shop and in the meantime, I wondered when she could sleep. During this time, I went to the dance bar with my friends and celebrated my life as usual. I have had a lot of girlfriends since school days and one day when I arrived at the restaurant with my eighth girlfriend Adele called Stella and introduced my girlfriend and laughed but there was a look of disappointment in her eyes. One night as usual I went to the dance bar and was returning with friends when our car had an accident and I was in a critical condition and was immediately admitted to the nearest hospital. Friends came for a few days as I could not do anything on my own and then they did not come. I did not see my girlfriend after that incident. I realized that she loved only my money and not me. At that time, Stella, with my father's permission, came home to care for me. She looked at all my things and from the moment I brushed my teeth she did everything without any hesitation. She told me the story to help me fall asleep. She looked at me like a little child and it was then that I realized how lucky I was. I can see the love in me in her eyes. I started to walk a little and now I can kneel and make love proposal to her. Until recently she was just a waitress for me but today, she is my life and she is my darling who is sure that she will never leave. Now I can tell the whole world ‘’Je t’aime Serveuse’’.
