Rewa was the CEO of Lahore’s famous company *"Afzal Enterprises"*. She was in a hurry in her black Mercedes for a big deal. Expensive suit, high heels, and a serious look on her face. Because of traffic she stopped on the road and saw a small tea stall. Behind the stall stood *Ishan*. He was around 20 years old. He sold tea during the day because he had no choice, and studied at university at night. He was actually looking for a good job so he could support his younger siblings. In her hurry, Rewa’s car lightly hit the stall. A few cups fell and broke. *Ishan immediately said, "Hello ma'am, who are you? Please come out."* Rewa got out of the car. Ishan looked down and said softly, "It's okay ma'am. These things happen when you’re in a hurry. Are you alright?" Rewa was surprised. She thought the boy would get angry or ask for money. But in Ishan’s tone there was only respect. The next day Rewa came back there again. The excuse was just "one cup of tea". In their conversation she found out how hardworking and honest Ishan was. A few days later Rewa asked, "Ishan, would you like to work in my company?" *A spark of hope lit up in Ishan’s eyes. He said, "Ma'am, I am so grateful. I was only running this stall out of necessity. If I get the chance, I will make your company’s name shine with my hard work."*
