Ashworth and Burns greeted Warwick and Aberdeen as they were teamed up to clear the land and mark out 15 rows of 30 feet of planters in a squared lot. There would be 15 rows each per lot and it was going to be arranged in such a way that one lot would have vertical planters and the next would be horizontal planters. This way was adopted by the pioneers in case the lands would need to be flooded first for a few days before planting.
