Adam sat up in bed. It was mostly the same as it always was, but somehow waking up within the walls of the Monastery made the dream feel all the more real. “Don’t worry.” The ground shook beneath them, and Sebastian stumbled into the wall, moving to take the brunt of the force with his shoulder, and saving Adam from the impact. “I’m going to get us out of here.” That part of the dream was always the same. “Then we’ll find Gideon.” That part was different.
