We all are very aware of our beloved Elisa Lam. And this story is in no way attempting to romanticize what happened nor am I telling you the truth of what happened. Im merely telling you a tale of what could have been seen by the eyes of her own demise, that is if inspired by HP Lovecraft... RIP Elisa Lam, I truly hope peace for you.

Hotel Cecil
They call me the Cecil Hotel. Everyone has heard of me, but I know most of you had forgotten. Until Elisa Lam. My most prized possession. I'm aware of the uproar. Afterall. I caused it. How can a building cause such chaotic emotion, you ask? How can stones and bricks cause such fear and suffering and most of all, death? Now you're entering what it feels like to be The Cecil Hotel, itself. I don't have any answers for you. But I do have questions. I do have a labyrinth of adventures for your soul to witness. But in the end? I have nothing but more hunger to know.. The world has stopped including me into their headlines. They stopped asking questions. They stopped the accusations. Until I took one step at a time into revamping my space, hiring new people, and putting NEW stories into the headlines. Craftsmanship is what we are good at. And everyone knows that. Including you. The reader. Allow me to tell the tale of how Elisa Lam was truly lured and lead towards her watery death. Did humanity do it? Was it demons? Or was it... Cecil Hotel, alone? I pick the weakest willed. I pick the ones that no one will surprised by their death yet somehow pulled towards reading obsessively about it. Elisa Lam? She was my finest pick. The one who would bring me back into your awareness. Back into your tales. Back into your fears. I called Elisa Lam right to this location and she obeyed. She obeyed by every command. Every nit picking idea I had went straight into her head and she acted upon each nit. The most messed up thing about it was that she knew I was alive and feeding her bread crumbs.
