Chapter 14 :Together And Then

    Matt and I are so perfect. There is nothing else I want in my life. We have been girlfriend and boyfriend for just a week and everything is still perfect. "Matt I have to go to work." I shout out into my apartment not knowing where he is at. "No need to scream." He says from behind me and I jump. I turn around and smile. Matt walks to me and hugs me, I look up at him and he kisses me. I kiss him back. After the kiss I grab my car keys. I smile and wave as I leave. I arrive at the restaurant just in time to put my uniform one and get to work. "Merida can I talk to you?" Zander says and I fake a smile. "Sure." I say not really wanting to. "Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked and it took me by surprise, but not good surprise. "I can't Zander." I say and start walking away to hand out the orders. He grabs my wrist stopping me. "Why?!" Zander says and I see why no one wants him, he is clingy. "I have a boyfriend." I say and his grip tightens. "Who?!" He says in an angry voice. "You don't need to know." I say yanking my hand out of his grip and getting to work. I am shook by that experience. I go through the day and it's time for me to leave. I'm glad Zander's shift ended an hour and a half ago. Looking through the door, I don't see nothing so I begin walking to my car. That is when I'm hit upside the head with a glass bottle. I hit the ground and hear an engine, diesel. I black out. I don't know how long I was unconscious but I'm awake now. I try to get up but realize I'm not where I was before. I look around and see Zander in front of me. I've been kidnapped by this crazy ass person. "Good, your awake." He says and smiles. "Let me go now." I say and receive a slap on the face by him. "That's no way to treat your new boyfriend." He says. Anger grows in me. "I'm not your girlfriend and I will never be, I mean it, stay away from me, let me go." I say. "Now b***h listen, who is this boyfriend of yours!" Zander screams. "If I tell you will you leave me alone...…. forever!" I say and I see him look away pissed and lying clear in his eyes. "Figured as much." I say rolling my eyes. "What do you want from me!!?!" I yell making him jump. "YOU!!!!" He yells back at me. "I can't, let me go please." I say and I see him almost do it. "Someone else is making you do this isn't it." I say and he shakes his head yes so the person doesn't hear him. "No!!!" Zander screams covering his tracks. "Please let me go, I'll tell the police I got drunk fell on the concrete and walked away from my car and got lost." I plead and he shakes his head and mouths I have to do this. Please I mouth to him. No he mouths back and leaves the room. I'm surrounded by many things. I'm tied to a chair.
