THE FALLEN

The ride to the palace was smooth. There we can see the renovation work is going on and the pictures on the main walls were changed down to new ones. I can see the glimpse of new rulers' faces in the covered frame. The genuine touch on my shoulder of Naina reminds me to ask the people who work there about the family. They told me they were in the main courtyard. The main courtyard is situated very far from the palace and most of the entertainment takes place there. I told Naina to let's rest first here, then we could meet my family. The servant showed us 2 guest rooms for rest, and it made me smile in my mind. Unmarried couples don't consider couples at our house, and they can't stay in the same room. I smiled at Naina and told her to get a good sleep. We will go to the courtyard in the evening. It's been 5 years since I last slept in this house. Lots of changes are happening to me and this place and also to the people of this palace. I don't know how to face all of them. If it was not for this function and Rayna, I would not be coming back to North Atlanta. Rayna is the only person who convinced me to come and told me the importance of these functions and meetings. Evening.... The door of my room got knocked with the voice of Naina, calling me. I opened the room and saw her with a servant also. "Your highness.... Madam wants to meet you. I told her to wait, but she didn't listen". The servant who was guarding my door told me. "IT'S OK … "I will take care of it", I told him. Then take Naina into the room. "Sorry to give you trouble Naina. You know the security here is very tight, it's very different from back home". Naina knows my royal life and their secrecy, and she is a simple girl who doesn't prefer any lavish lifestyle. I don't like the lavish lifestyles of palace either. Here everything is just a showoff.
