Chapter Eighty-Two
“Amazing,” she looked towards the stage, waving at the guys. They called out their hellos before Anna came from the wings and called them over. “Want to come with me while I set up and we can talk about it? I may or may not have a surprise in my kit for you.”
I looked towards Demon, King, and Lover as they spoke with Anna. Knowing that they would be there for a while. They had already given me a run through of everything that would happen before the show. They had told me little of what would happen during and after but I figured that would make it easier for me to slip away from them.
Saying goodbye just felt like it would be too painful with them. And if it hurt too much, I worried that I would give in and stay until they broke my heart.
