I opened my eyes to see Poppy sitting next to me, Her face looked incredibly sad as she looked at me. My eyes widened and I sat up quickly, touching her cheek with my fingers.
"Poppy what happened?" My mind raced as I automatically thought of my brother or another member of my family somehow bullying her. but that couldn't be true as none of them knew she was my mate. Was it someone in the pack?
