SECRETS
On Sunday, the day after the beach trip, Lisa opened her eyes and yawned in bed. She spread out her arms and turned to her side, watching Johnson in slumber. He looked peaceful, considering what they’d been through with Josh last night. She couldn’t believe that Eddie might be involved in this. She’d give him the benefit of the doubt. Initially, Lisa believed Jude might be her stalker but now that idea had changed. Her nightmares were even worse. She dreamt of the African rebels invading her home and killing her without question. A bloodied Lisa lay in a heap on the floor, but another Lisa watched the incident from afar. It was very real and frightening but the rebels didn’t know where she lived. They were a world away in Africa. Who knew if they were still alive.
