What a strange color to paint the door, she thought. “Come in,” a deep voice rumbled as the door swung open to reveal the huge form of Jerry Rolfe. “Welcome to New York, Myra. You are right on time. We appreciate your conscientiousness.” His straight, black hair was combed back and his blue eyes beamed as he bent down and hugged her.
