Chapter 1 Minerva was now left alone after the stylist had dressed her up elegantly for her wedding. She fiddled, holding the hem of her wedding dress in nervousness. She can't believe it's happening, she's going to get married to her first crush, first boyfriend and first love since high school. She blushed and her lips let out a grin while remembering how he proposed to her. She can still remember the words he said vividly. It was like yesterday. "Minerva, you should count yourself lucky that I'm marrying you. A perfect boy like me is the dream of every girl and a girl like you should be happy to have got me. "Marry me Minerva." She was really missing him, and if she goes now, no one will know about it. She stood up, and her eyes met with the mirror, showing how beautiful she was. She can't believe she's actually in a wedding dress and almost getting married to the man of her dream. She made her way to the door and opened it gently. She pepped out and let out a sigh of relief as no one was in sight. She doesn't know what, but she's getting nervous as she gets closer to Ryder's dressing room. She just wanted to surprise him and probably see how excited he was and also see if he was as nervous as her. As she got closer to Ryder's dressing room, her steps became light as she heard some muffled voices. 'What sound was that? 'He must probably be having chitchat with the stylist.' She thought and proceeded to knock on the door. She didn't know why it felt as if she would be doing the wrong thing by knocking. But as she decided to knock, her hand pushed the door knob and the door opened slightly. The muffled voice became clear, and the view inside was also clearer. "Ahhhhhh, Ryder, stop this right now, the stylist will come back soon and my foolish stepsister must be waiting." Maya, Minerva's step sister, moaned midway between her speech as Ryder sucked on her exposed n*****s. So, Ryder was only with her because of her mother's property and her stepmother and stepsister only faked their love, and she couldn't believe she had fallen into their trap. All her twenty-five years of life have been based on lies after the death of her mother. Her father remarried, and she was very happy to have a mother figure in her life once again. The woman came with a daughter, Maya, who was introduced to her as her sister and she accepted Maya as her sister from then on and the stepmother treated her nicely.
