Chapter 3

Daisy POV

"Let us be quiet and not draw attention to us." I said, turning to Envy and I turned to Blu, giving her the look of 'we are talking about you'. But she was unfazed about it and headed down the stairs to the crowded club. 

When we got there, we immediately felt them and so did they felt us. We ran, when our eyes locked on them, to the back door. The three guys are still on our tail. Maneuvering in this sweaty building is hard. But we managed to make it together in one piece outside the back door. As we came to the door, we opened it and slipped out, barricading it with our bodies while the three other guys tried to open it. For a few minutes, they kept trying to open the door, whether by force or pushing it open. Afterwards, we stood their breathing heavily. We caught our breaths and started walking down an alleyway to the parking lot where we could find a car and hot wire it. 

We found a Toyota RAV4 2019 colored in light grey all over. Blue teleported us inside the car and I hot wired it. I started the car and drove. As we were driving to exit the parking lot, we drove past them and they saw us, so I stepped on the gas and drove as fast as I could to get away from them. Breaking red lights, swerving in and out of lanes and honking to people to move. I could feel and see they were the police as well as the police. I mean, of course, the cops were on our tail because we ran 6 red lights and were way past the speed limit. But we have to figure out a way to get away from them. Got to say they are very persistent...not the cops but the boys.......impressed. But not very much. 

"We have to lose them!" exclaimed Envy in the backseat. 

"So what do we do? How will we lose them, because the boys are very persistent and so are the cops!" Blu also said, exclaiming from the front passenger seat. 

"Come on guys, think of something we are running out of time! Think quick please." I begged them while trying to focus on not killing us at the speed we are going at.

"Okay, I got it!" Envy said with a smile on her face which only meant it was devious and really good. She then continued, "So I will do an illusion spell. And when we arrive at an intersection; I will split the car to form two others like ours. The two other cars will be the decoy turning in the other direction. So they are left confused and we are safe." She ended with a smile that made us smile as well as Blu.

With that in mind, we came up at an intersection, so it was time to put yet another plan into action. Like she said before, right at the center of the intersection, she created the other two cars. One turned right and the other turned left. And the original went straight ahead. 

"Okay, so keep going and circle around this avenue and park it at the bakery. When 20 minutes have passed, start the car and drive to leave the city," Envy stated. You should know that Envy, even though she is the third born, she is the leader and the one to come up with all the plans. How do you think we were able to stay alive 9 years without our nanny? We all depend on her to get us out of any situation, especially if it is really sticky. 

"Okay, but what about our apartment with our clothes? Because you said we could go back for them", Blu said sadly, and Envy and I looked at each other then I replied.

"But they are on to us. We do not have time to go back and take our stuff, then leave. We have to go now!" I told her, but she just pouted more and was about to start whining more. Fortunately, she intervenes quickly. 

"Okay, fine but you teleport us there because it's quicker and less walking. Okay?" she stated to her and Blu nodded with happiness. Then we were in our apartment and we began packing our stuff franticly. After grabbing what we needed and nodding to each other, Blu teleported us back to the car. We waited just five minutes because we spent the other minutes packing. So, when that time was up, I started the car and drove to the edge of the city where the leaving Woodsfield sign was coming to view. And then we all could be safe and happy again. Or so we thought.

After about a few minutes of driving, it was peace and quiet. We were happy and ready for the journey ahead. But a car was approaching from front of us on the opposite side of the road. What was off about it was the fact that it kept swerving and looked out of control. The car kept going straight, being out of control and me trying to stay clear of it, but to no avail, it was useless because the situation I was preventing from happening happened. 

We were between a tree and a car. The car that was out of control sandwiched us between the trees very well. Because Blu and I were in the front, we got the most damage, especially Blu. I opened my eyes briefly to see Blu passed out and her legs pinned down, pinned, crushed, damaged and broken for sure. And I was the same, but I felt dizzy. I also felt blood in my head running down my face and stomach. Then I heard my sister Envy shout she was so loud or maybe I was on the verge of passing out.....or dying?

"Keep your eyes open D! Please keep them open! Stay with me! I need you!!!" she shouted and exclaimed, but I could not. My eyes felt weak and tired so I closed them for good.
