As the renovation work progressed at my grandmother's house in the year 2018, excitement and anticipation filled the air. The quaint joint family home, with its open courtyard, was undergoing a transformation. The goal was to enclose the courtyard entirely, adding a new dimension to the traditional space. However, fate had other plans. During the renovation process, a crucial pillar needed to be relocated to accommodate the garden boundary. With a heavy heart and anxious minds, the family watched as the pillar was moved, unaware of the consequences that would follow. Suddenly, with a loud crack, the courtyard's boundary broke open, exposing the home to the outside world. Shock and disbelief swept through the family as they realized the gravity of the situation. My grandmother's once cozy home now stood vulnerable and exposed. As tensions ran high, the family rallied together to find a solution. Yet, amidst the chaos, a sense of unity emerged. They vowed to overcome this setback and restore their beloved home to its former glory. The very next day, a sense of normalcy returned as we gathered for my younger cousin's birthday party. However, beneath the surface, uncertainty lingered. Would they be able to repair the damage and reclaim their privacy? Only time would tell. And so, the story of my grandmother's house continued, with each chapter holding a new twist of fate.
