People overwhelmed and shocked with what they are seeing. Is this a dream? All of them trying to come into reality. A caption written on it; Henderson RODRIGO, A FAMOUS BUSINESS TYCOON IN CALIFORNIA TURNS OUT TO BE A GAY. The caption read with a picture of Henderson and a shirtless handsome dude whose face was blurred. Gasps filled the air. Henderson stiffened as he narrowed his eyes starring at the big screen, the big screen which held his destruction. His gaze shifted to the picture underneath the caption. His mind drifted to the day he met the dude. He was in one of his hotels he had gone to the restroom. He finished doing his business, washed his hands and was about leaving the restroom when the shirtless guy came rushing to him, he bumped into him, hugging him and in the process their lips touched. Henderson was shocked at first,he later regained his composure, he pushed the guy off as he landed a heavy punch on his face. The guy groaned painfully as he fell to the ground. He then started laughing mockingly leaving Henderson in a more confused state. The guy got up smirking as he glared at Henderson before leaving the restroom. Henderson scoffed. This had happened two months back and now it became a pictorial evidence to back up the rumor about him being a gay. The board room became really noisy as the board members argued amongst themselves. Some starring at the caption and picture on the big screen with utter disgust. "Attention everyone, this is a big misunderstanding, I sincerely apologize for the trouble this is going to cost us all. But I give you my word, I would clear my name. The launching of the new game will be with held until the rumors dies down. We have come to the end of this meeting, I would take my leave now. "Henderson said standing up and straightening his suit as he exited the boardroom, his body guards escorting him out. Getting to his office, he ordered Lucas to switch on the television as the news about the rumor popped up as soon as it came on. He squinted his brows, rubbing the tips of his fingers together. How fast for a rumor to spread so quickly within a few minutes of posting? His business rivals are surely at it again and this time, he would make sure he fishes out the culprit and deal mercilessly with him or her. But right now, he had to think and act fast to prevent his reputation from getting ruined. He sent for Lucas and few minutes later he arrived. "I want you to create a job interview for females specifically. I need to recruit more of them into my company urgently." Henderson ordered and Lucas nodded affirmatively. He was about to leave when he suddenly halted in his tracks causing Henderson to furrow his brows. "I have a suggestion, if you don’t mind Sir." Lucas managed to say. "Yes....what?" Henderson asked interestingly as he sat up, folding his arms. "Since most people find this rumor easy to believe because you haven't being involved in any dating scandal with a lady and the few numbers of females in your company...." Lucas paused, not sure if he should complete his statement. "Speak up Lucas." Henderson urged. "I suggest you get married Sir." Lucas said and he could swear he saw Henderson's eyes darken for a second. "Or....it can just be like a contract marriage." Lucas added instinctively. How could this be? Why was it that the gender he hates most was the only solution to his problem. He knew that what Lucas said was the best solution but was he ready to give that a chance? Will it be a simple task?? His childhood was a mess because of this same gender and he swore never to have anything to do with them. But now, things were about to take a new turn. Will he be able to cope with this sudden change? Why does it seem like fate was playing a trick on him? This questions ran through his head as he glanced at the TV screen, which was still displaying the ugly news. A staff rushed in to inform Henderson that some shareholders had began to withdraw their shares from the company. Knowing all his hard work was about to crumble if he didn't act fast. He accepted Lucas's suggestion. "Still create the job interview but reduce the qualifications, I can find an acting wife through this same process." Henderson said and Lucas nodded. "And listen, no one else must hear about this." He warned. "Ok boss." Lucas bowed and left. He would make sure to set boundaries once he finds someone to do the job. They would get married just to fool the public and then when the rumors dies down, they would divorce secretly. * Diana was drying her hair when her phone chimed. She checked as she read the news. Henderson's companies were creating a job interviews for females specifically and it required the qualifications she had. "OMG!!!" Diana screamed happily as she jumped like a kid twirling her body like someone who was listening to a crazy music. What more do you expect from a crazy girl? She was so excited as she immediately sat down to type her application letter which she did in a hurry but carefully plus checked before sending it. She was so happy as she left her apartment for the day's work. After her morning part-time jobs, she hailed a cab which took her to the hospital her mom was admitted in. She hugged her mom as usual but didn't sob. Instead, she smiled as she told her mom about the job she applied for. At that moment, her phone chimed, a message was sent to her telling her to come tomorrow morning for the interview. The time and venue were also stated in the message. "Mom, I've been asked to come for a job interview tomorrow. If I eventually get employed and receive a good pay, you would be transferred to another hospital and will receive better treatment. Keep fighting mom, don't give up." Diana said trying to fight back tears, biting her lips. A nurse came in at that moment informing her that she was no longer going to be allowed to visit her mother often, claiming the hospital rules were against it. She was only going to be allowed to visit her mom thrice in a week. Diana stared at her with utter shock as she seemed displeased by the news. But she eventually nodded in affirmation remembering the fact that the hospital was doing her a huge favour by treating her mom even though she was lagging behind in the payment of her bills. The next day, Diana woke up as early as possible to get prepared and also to avoid arriving late. She left the apartment afterwards. She actually rented a bicycle the previous day, reasons best known to her. She rode the bicycle to the road-side as she waited at the side of the road with several other bicycle riders as they waited for the traffic light to turn red, which would eventually make the cars on the road stop to allow pedestrians cross. It turned red and the cars halted as the pedestrians crossed followed by the bicycle riders. In a haste to cross, a bicycle rider almost collided into Diana. She swerved as she almost fell but quickly maintained balance as she made to cross. She didn’t notice that the traffic light was back to green. Suddenly, a car blocked her from crossing as she almost collided into it. A speedy car was coming to her direction which several people have been shouting, in a glimpse of an eye another car speed in from the left side. The two cars aiming at her direction, A sudden, piercing screech of tires skidded across the asphalt as the drivers bumped into each other. Too late to stop the inevitable. Then came the bone-jarring CRASH! as metal crumpled against metal, a sharp and gut-wrenching collision that shook the street.
