It's been three days, three days since the Christmas party, three days since we got word that the Oregonian pack had captured Angelo's aunt Elena.
That Christmas party still haunts me. I can't believe they ruined Christmas for us like that.
Everyone is frantic and it feels like a switch has been flipped. There's no longer any calm atmosphere. We no longer have time to just hang out and talk unless we're talking about battle strategy.
What's even more upsetting is that no one talks battle strategy with me anymore. When they called, telling us that they had Elena, they offered to give her up in exchange for me or for the Italian pack to back off. They gave us only one week to come to this decision.
