Gray
He took me into what i’m guessing is his room and put me on the bed. He walked over to the dresser and grabbed out a t-shirt and handed it to me i walked to the bathroom and changed. When i walked out he was under a blanket on the couch in his room i walked over to the bed and laid down. After ten minutes of trying to sleep but failing i got up and walked over to the a sleeping Kace and curled up on top of him he wrapped his arms around me and i fell asleep.
I woke up under the covers on the bed with an arm around my waist. I slowly turned over to see a sleeping Kace. i closed my eyes and when i woke up the second time i was alone in bed. I rolled over to and screamed when i saw lillian there she jumped and said softly “ sorry i scared you i didn’t know you were there and you scared me.” Kace pushed through the door like a madman and looked over at me and just shook his head when he saw lillian. “ lilly why don’t you go down stairs with mom. Ok?” lillian left the room and kace walked over to me and sat on the bed. “ will you tell me why you scare so easily when i first saw you. You looked like a badass.” “ well my twin brother is someone everyone likes me i’m invisible or i was. I have lived with my uncle since my mom and dad died in the rouge attack seven years ago. He loves to drink and he would hit me and call me names but he stopped hitting me when i turned ten. Until last night he got drunk and tried to hit me but i left.”
Kace
She looked up at me with sad eyes i raised hands and jumped i grabbed her and brought her to me to hug her. “ you can live with. He will never hurt you again. You will be safe here no one will ever hurt you again. So you don’t have to be so scared.” she moved on to my back and said “ i know it’s just well i’m little. People tend to look at me like i’m weak so i act all big and bad but i’m not. So down to the kitchen to the food.” i laughed and got up as i walked down stairs i heard my father he was mad from the sound of it “ ALL HAVE YOU KNOW. THE COMPANY IS DOING JUST FINE. EROS…” my yelled into the phone gray ducked her head and i felt her trimble. I still walked into the kitchen with her on my back my father was now off the phone. He looked up at me then looked at my little mate on my back. I sat her down and my father looked down at her with a hard expression. “ And who are you?” my dad said in his alpha tone making Gary jump a little i stepped in front of her “ she is my mate and her name is Gray.” i said looking at my father his face softened when he saw her peek her head from behind me. “ i’m sorry to have scared you Gray. will you come out from behind my son so i can meet you.” my dad asked trying not to scare her. She moved out from behind me and looked up at my dad he looked down at her and said “ well aren’t you tiny. What is you rank in the pack?” “ i’m a hunter.” she said looking up at my dad who looked at me and laughed. “Son you are mated to a tiny scout.” “ i know i’m little but you don’t have to laugh.” Gray said looking at my dad.
My dad looked down at her and said in a low voice “ you are little and because you are little i can laugh at you if i want ok tiny.” a low growl came from me my dad looked up. “She is my mate little or not and i seen her train if see wanted to she could probably be an assassin.” “ oh really lets test that.” my dad motioned for me and mate to follow him i did but stopped to see gray still standing there. I grabbed her hand and she followed me and my father. He stopped at a door at the end of the hall opened and walked in i look around and see all kinds of poisons. He looked at my mate and said “ you have 30 minutes to mix up a poison to kill a wolf and if you do i will up your rank and train you as assassin if not lower you an omega.” my dad pulled me out the door and shut it and locked it “ what the hell dad.” “ no she has 30 minutes.”
