MY GIGGY AND ME
I am Georgie, and I am a 7-year-old girl. I live in my grandmother's old house, but itâs not just a houseâitâs a big-ass mansion. Yes, a freaking mansion. My grandmotherâs name is obviously not "Grandmother"; I call her Giggy. Itâs funny and kind of cringe, but itâs okay for me. You know what? I donât care about other peopleâs opinions, huh. đźâđš
So, in that mansion, me, my mom, and my grandmother (Giggy) live there. One day, I was sleeping in bed, and from a distance, I noticed a man who was continuously watching me. He was far enough away that if he took a step closer, I would have a reason to freaking kill him. Or maybe he was just looking at me for my "hotness"âeven though Iâm 7 years old. My thoughts seem like those of a 24 Year-old mature woman who only thinks about her body (Iâm just a girl, you know đ
).
But after 2 to 3 hours, he suddenly disappeared. I told this to Giggy, and she said that when she and her husband (my grandfather) built this house with their sweat and blood, 5 construction workers died during the process. She didnât tell me the exact reason, but she said they died because of suffocation. My grandmother has also seen that person standing outside the house or on the balcony, but she never mentioned it before. It was only because I brought it up that she told me.
When I told this to my mom, she was like, âItâs just hallucinations.â And my freaking careless mom took me to a doctor. Like, what the heck? Seriously? What if two people are saying theyâve seen a man outside the house, and youâre just like, âNah, youâre hallucinatingâ?
For this reason and many others, my mom and I donât get along. We always fight, and I usually end up crying. My relationship with my mom gets worse every day. Because of this, my relationship with my grandmother is way better compared to my freaking mom.
