Chapter 4 Dylan stared at the red light and cursed under his breath. They were late. The rehearsal started five minutes ago. Kyle would call any second and ask where they were. And Chelsea… She’d been nothing but nice to Dylan since the day they’d met. He hated the thought of letting her down, but today would be the day he disappointed her. “We’re lost,” he confessed as the light turned green. Once traffic moved, he turned onto another road and crept down the street. “Dude, I told you to quit screwing around with this stupid thing.” Layne tapped the GPS screen just above the radio. “I have an awesome internal navigation system. It puts your SUV’s to shame.” Yeah, right. Layne had a natural navigation system about as much as Dylan had the ability to shoot electricity out of his fingers.
