Phoenix I woke up feeling good. For the first time in weeks, I'd slept with no nightmares. I'd slept like a baby. I watched the sun's rays seep into my bedroom as I let the events of yesterday wash over me. I was a dead Fairy Queen, reincarnated. I shuddered at that. I hopped off my bed and walked into my bathroom to run a bath. When I was done, I got ready and skipped downstairs, ready to make breakfast. I settled for toast with omelettes, bacon, and coffee.
