Jessica Davis stood tall, her eyes fixed on Lady Tessa the dimly lit room seemed to amplify the tension between them and the air was thick in anticipation. Lady Tessa voice was low and menacing, her words were dripping with unspoken threats " What do you have to do?" Lady Tessa asked, her gaze piercing through Jessica facade. Jessica voice trembled slightly as she replies, "" l have to destroy the Mondragon. She was bent on destroying them with no strings attached Lady Tessa eyes narrowed slightly, her expression unreadable " Very good," she said her voice dripping with satisfaction. "Everything is arranged according to our plan. Your flight to Florida is scheduled for tomorrow, so get ready."" " Jessica heart skipped a beat as Lady Tessa word hung in the air. Florida? what was she getting herself into, she push aside her doubt, focusing on the task at hand. Destroy the Mondragons. The name echoed in her mind like a mantra, fueling her determination. Lady Tessa gestures to the folder on the table. "Your new identity is in there. from now on you are Anastasia Lopez. I expect no mistakes" Jessica's eyes dropped to the folder, her mind reeling with the implications. A new identity, new life . All for the sake of revenge. As Jessica's thought consume her, Lady Tessa's voice cut through the air once more. " Anastasia are you ready to begin your new life? " Jessica's gaze snapped back to Lady Tessa, her determination renewed. " Yes I'm ready. " Lady Tessa nodded, a hint of smile on her face. "Good. Your mission begin after you leave for Florida ." Anastasia Lopez formerly known as Jessica Davis, walked out of the meeting with Lady Tessa, her legs trembling beneath her. The weight of her revenge settled heavily on her shoulders. She was determined to destroy the Mondragon, a family that had brought destruction and pain to her own. She had been planning this for so long and now it was finally time to take action. Her father, a successful business man had refused to back down when the Mondragons tried to strongarm him into selling his company, he had stood his ground, and it has cost him everything. Anastasia's family had been ripped apart, her parents killed. The Mondragon orchestrated a tragic accident that took their lives though making her survive the car accident which is unknown to the Mondragons, No evidence point to them as the master mind, the accident was ruled by the police as drunk and drive accident. Anastasia's parents had been innocent, hardworking people who had built their business from scratch. The memory of that day still haunt Anastasia, she remembered the sound of sirens, the smell of smoke as she watched her parents lives slip away. The Mondragons had shown no mercy, no compassion and no remorse and she will destroy them like that with no remorse, compassion and mercy. Anastasia's eyes welled up with tears as she thought about the pain and suffering she had endured, staying at the orphanage because her relatives refuse to take her in, before she was adopted by Lady Tessa. she had been consumed by anger and hatred, but lady Tessa's words had given her a New sense of purpose. she was no longer just seeking revenge, she was seeking justice. Anastasia made her way back to her apartment she knew she had to pack her bags and prepare for her trip to Florida she would be starting a new life. As she pack her belongings, Anastasia turned to her new identity she would be Anastasia, a woman created for her ever since she was adopted. she become a woman with new past and a new purpose. The flight to Florida was scheduled for tomorrow and Anastasia knew she had to get some rest but she couldn't shake the feeling of excitement and nervousness that had taken hold of her. she was finally taking action. As she lay in bed that night, Anastasia's mind racing with thoughts of the future, she knew that she would stop at nothing to achieve her goal, she would bring down the Mondragons, no matter the cost.
