After the party that closed the competition of the weapons, work continued as thus time Father Xorn, Ambassador Femi and my Aide were tasked to finding capable hands to hold strategic positions in the justice bureau. As I informed by Aide all position most have be from each of the six continents as I mapped out seven levels and the number of people meant to fill them. The second to the last level has the capacity to carry numerous individuals aside from the selected number which I wrote. Essentially the work which was to be done was to round the six continental provinces and look for the numbers of hands each province was required off, if it exceeded the first time they and the ability to screen and select the most capable hands amongst the exceeded the number of course this was not a task
