Ivy’s POV
The weather felt so right today, the sun gloomed from afar and I could feel my spirit lighting up. I was at the balcony enjoying the sunlight before I heard Leon call me inside.
“I’m going out for a meeting and I’ll be back soon my love” he said while stretching his hands towards me.
“Do you want me to come with you?” I want to come with you…
“No, I have to go alone , I can’t stress you out under this weather , you and my baby need to rest in here “ Leon said
Leon kissed me goodbye at the top of the stairs. “I’ll be back soon,” he said, his hand gently brushing my stomach. “Lock the doors and rest. No stress.”
I nodded, but I didn’t smile. “Be careful.”
