Am now the talk of the whole school all thanks to that jerk who won't stop following me around like a lost puppy and now I lost my best friend just because I got everything wrong. I hope Tyler is able to forgive.
My eye were on Tyler during lunch even though Richard won't stop smiling sheepishly right at my front. Tyler is with Jendal too but we won't stop stealing glance of each other. Richard notice it an he trace my eye which landed on Tyler.
"Do you like him"I almost choked at his words.
"What do you mean"I asks blinking.
"It a question and I deserve an answer"he said in more serious tone. Who the hell is this guy that thinks he can boss the great Kiara everywhere he knows.
And I don't think I should answer that"I roll my eye.
"You got gut but I will let it slide because you are mine anyway"he replied.
"Let me make this clear to you; the kiss last night was a mistake because I thought I was kissing Tyler—"he interrupted.
"Wasn't he supposed to be your best friend"he asks.
"You must have keep yourself busy for the past weeks checking Info about me didn't you see the one that says Tyler is not just my best friend"I roll my eye and he frown.
"You are pushing me to the wall"He frown.
"And you will do nothing"I roll my eye as I carry my food tray seriously he made me lose my appetite.
"If you ever think I will like someone like you then you must be crazy"I walk away after disposing my food tray and a glance at Tyler who was already staring at me too.
Everyone seems to be pissing me off already; I left the restaurant and walk to my class which was empty because all student are in the cafeteria. School rules I don't blame them.
I buried my face on the desk as I sigh in frustration.
"I hate my life"I cuss.
"What happened to our Queen Kiara" I raise my head up and my eye met Bella. Thank Goodness she is alone this time around.
"Just let me be"I sniff back my tears so my picture won't be on the school picture the next few minutes.
"I think you got yourself hottie's but there is something Missing do you even know anything about Richard"She started a conversation like I was interested.
What does she mean by do I Know Richard; Does everyone thinks I wish to be with that jerk. I can't even stand him, so annoying and now I can't even tell anyone because am friend less.
"I don't think am interested In that"I replied and she laugh and stop immediately.
"Richard belong to a confraternity which consists of Justin, Mason and even Jendal, you didn't even make research before you throw yourself at him. "What do you mean by that aren't they friends and siblings"I got interested in what she is saying.
"They are here for a mission, I don't really know about it but don't worry Bella would get to the root of everything"She replied proudly.
"Am never going to believe your lies and before you came In am busy so excuse me"I bury my face back in the desk and when I hear a foot step walk out if the class I raise my head up back .
What if she is right?.
Kiara you got yourself a new job!Not too long the bell and rings and the student walk in. Richard threw me a dagger look and Tyler came to sit beside me. For a reason he didn't move is seat instead we just maintain the distance by not talking.
"Tyler"I called but he just acted like he didn't hear me so I press my lips together and await the next teacher. Immediately the bell rings Tyler pack his things and left the class immediately even before I could say a word.
I can't take this anymore; Not talking to Tyler is staying away from my books. it sadden but he won't let me explain I misquote everything that happened that night.
"Are you going home now I can drop you off"I roll my eye immediately I recognize that voice it no other person than Richard.
I just pack my things and left the class ignoring him totally as I head for the school park where I await my order ride. "Kiara"I heard my name again; I turn my head only to see Richard walking up to me.
"Will you stop calling my name"I scold him.
"What wrong with you"he asks like it isn't the same question I should be asking him.
"See Richard or whatever your name I already explain things to you that it a mistake and I only let you claim me as a prize for it"I replied.
"You started it"he replied.
"What"I asks.
"Let go on a date"
"WTH,I don't have time for you"I just ignore him.
"Go on a date with me or Tyler pays"
"Are you threatening me"
"You start it all"he replied.
"Let me make it clear to you I love no one but if anything happens to Tyler; why am I even talking to you"The driver drive in just in time again and I left him still standing at a spot.
Have not been concentrating with studies. I really need a break.
The car drive past Tyler I wanted to asks the driver to stop but when I saw him with Jendal I squeeze my hands together; Maybe he made his decision already. Just then my phone beep and I brought it our from my bag.
A message from an unknown number;
"Let meet at the cafe after school 7:30 on dot I don't like someone been late".
Is this guy crazy or what I think it runs in their blood. Mason did the same too so am not surprised but am never going on a date with him.
I really need to take some break from all this drama and focus back on my studies just like before.
