s**t am so died I sad to myself,my dad asked with an angry tone what's going on here? Now am hot or is the room hot or just me ? My mom quickly went to him saying it's your daughter she has been missing since yesterday only to come back here with a lady who said she came to her house begging her to stay with her that we her family are maltreating her and wants to kill her she said ,and she added again she has been busy telling people we are maltreating her after she stole #7,000 to get a phone through her Friend so that we wouldn't know what she is doing if not for the good man who saw and investigate it and brought back the money to us we won't know it was her who took such money in the first place,then my dad slowly ask quietly is what she is saying true ? I put down my head not making any eye contact with him I slowly stood up and slowly walked back he was coming towards me and now am waiting for it ,then again he shouted this time answer my question young lady is this true ? Then I managed to say no....I couldn't finish the statement before I got a slap that got me blinded for a second , now everywhere is turning around me like a tornado, before I could say any word again I was dragged to a table strapped off my clothes and he called the kids around to hold my legs and hands then he wiped me more then I can count like I was crying for help but what I was hearing was laughter all around like people monking my doom all my body was bleeding and painful I can't even think ,speak anymore,I was looking for my voice but couldn't find it.

2years later we are preparing to pack away from the house and to another house in the same town Cox my mom said that she no longer liked the house that we living in she wanted a better apartment so now she got it,well let  me tell you this she never rented a truck to get our things from the house to the new apartment No we did the packing ourselves ,we took our property to the new apartment with our heads and wheelbarrow streaking miles to get to the apartment just for her not to wast her money on renting a truck well what can I say that's life .

We got to the new apartment and settled quickly I made friends with some girls in the compound and their names where Victoria and Mary ok let me introduce you to them.

Victoria; she was a church girl like myself and decent,and very intelligent and friendly.

Mary; very hard-working,and friendly but her problem was guys ,she love them alot she has boyfriends like alot of them I don't know how she manage with that but she is very comfortable with it.

Yea so there you have it,this two people made me feel loved in there own little way not knowing that the biggest horror in my life is about to get started,one morning I wake up like any other day with my mom getting ready for work when  Mary came in and said she would like me to follow her to an errand her mom sent her later that day she was asking for permission from my mom to allow me to follow her well to my surprise my mom accepted and to me I was so happy that I get to leave the house today even for once ,and then immediately I came back from school off we want , while I and Mary were on our way she brought a topic I know too well ok here we go again she said she wants to introduce me to the guy she has been telling me about all this while that have been avoiding,ok now like me tell you before this Mary have been bothering me to get a boyfriend which I told her am not interested and she has been on my case since then and because am the only one in our circle of friends without a guy in her life Mary made it her mission to get me one either I liked the idea of not and now I basically knew this was her plan to get me hooked up and this whole errand stuff was just the cover up and she was busy smiling the whole time telling me she wanted to see her boyfriend and that same guy will be there and I just rolled my eyes at that like saying let's get this over with Mary for Christ sake and we want to her boyfriend's house which I was so very uncomfortable with and that guy who I later found out that his name was Christopher was busy talking with me trying to get my attention and Mary who wasn't helping matters at all was busy making out with her boyfriend in God knows where in the part of the house and time was far spent like right now I was smelling trouble like real trouble, I got frustrated with everything I told her with a loud voice saying please can we be going home now that guy Christopher was busy telling me please stay I will make your stay worth awhile I just rolled my eyes saying you don't even know what kind of trouble we're in right now the time is far spent we need to be going home now at last Mary came out with her boyfriend all sweaty all over we said our goodbyes and went away getting home my mum was sitting at the doorstep waiting for me very angrily asking where have I been mary quickly covered up saying we went to get something but the thing we didn't see it so we have to run around the whole town to get it ,but we later saw it I was just cussing under my breath man I'm so dead I wish Mary could have listen to me but my mum being who she is just smiled and told her okay it's alright MERCY come inside in my mind I'm so dead she just told me no food for you for dinner and breakfast are we good and I said yes ma.

So the next day at school I Went  to school without breakfast as usual after school hours closed up and I was going home and meet some couple of students two guys and two girls and couple of others wow which direction are you going to I was like I'm heading to that other direction but your left hand side so yeah that's the place we're heading to they said are you new here and I said yes and they said this is our area too we could all be going home together after closing hours so I said well that's nice I really could really use some company, so we all still walking home talking about random stuff this went on for weeks I  got used to them and their names were , Victor, Michael and Gladys. Michael was chubby dark in complexion and kind of friendly and quiet, Gladys is kind talkative kind of girl she was two class upper than I ,she and Victor where in the same class while I and Micheal were both classmates,now victor was your perfect prince charming kind of Guy, dark in complexion has eyes 6.0 feet tall and quiet very handsome and very intelligent I got  a liking to him sometimes when we closed up from school we all go together but some other times maybe Gladys and me or Victor and me or Michael and me depend on who who was living at the moment I got to like Michael cuz he listens more he makes me laugh andhe was my choice to meet while Victor I had a crush on him he teaches me sometimes after school cuz I go to him if I have a problem in maths cause he's good at it so he was staying at the first house before you get to my house so we have to pass through his house to go to school everyday Mary got to notice him and she told me whenever I want to go and I should call her that she has math problem to so whenever my mum is not around I will skip to his house with Mary to at least get 30 minutes to learn maths because I'm not good at it from him so this happened for quite some weeks may you always tell me she has a crush on him and always tell her Look be very careful I don't want any trouble so one evening she came to me she said guess what she said he kissed her I was like wow she then said they even made out that his lips was so sweet and so soft he touched her like she was saying all this dreamily.I just smiled and look at her my friend was so happy I just told her be very careful Wednesday after break time I was in the cafeteria when someone called me said someone was in my class looking for me I was like who could that be I got there it was Gladys and some other girls I was like wow she came to my class today how are you? I said ,she said hold it there I didn't come here to make friendly chat with you I heard that you've been telling people that me and you are dragging one man have never drag a man with anybody not even someone like you who looks like a rag please stay off my man I was like who is your man she said Victor that she heard that was hacking around him I was like what? She said yes that she heard that I was sleeping with him she said if I don't leave him I'm going to see after closing she going to beat me up I open my mouth I don't know what to do I was like I'm not even dating him never be touched or kissed by any man before not to talk of him I was like this is trouble and she's staying in my area news will definitely get to my mom that am having a fight with a girl because of a man this is trouble.....
