*Flash back* I sat down to eat with them but they didn't eat they just watched me eat and make disgusted looks at the food. "I know that I will not be staying for free. Tomorrow I will be out looking for a job and I will be attending school," I said just to break the silence. "For your safety and ours you will need to let us know where you are going, when you are going, and when you will be back. We also ask for you to clean up after yourself for we are not your maids," Knight said. "I expected that but I need to know your house rules," I said. "We are giving you a room and you can do whatever you like to it. School will be your first priority and any grade under a B is not acceptable. I looked at your school records and you are very bright and it will stay that way. You can't work past 10pm where your job is we will give you time to get back but no later than 11pm to be out on school nights. Your area will be kept clean and tidy. As we learn more about you the more we know about what rules to apply but for right now this is it," Sandra said. "I go to a private school for vampires but you will have to stay with in the human world. Private school is the best education you can get. I read a lot about how humans work and the best colleges go based on how gifted you are and private school students have a better chance at the better schools," Adrian said. "You will be enrolled in one of three private schools that you can choice from. We will treat you like our daughter and we want you to have the best chance at life you can possibly get," Sandra smiled. "I understand your wanting me to have the best schooling possible but I do not fit in with the private school setting. Those are all the rich kids and the last time I was in a private school I got kicked out for punching a guy. Just because he was the star of school and could do no wrong not even when I had proof so I wouldn't like a repeat of that," I explained. "Are you sure that you don't want to go to a private school?" Sandra asked. "Yes, I am really sure. I don't think that college like to see that I was kicked out a second time. Not that I would get kicked out just for fun but I am already going to have the one and college aren't going to like that. If you don't mind I would prefer to go to public school where I fit in," "That's fine but it is getting time for us to all sleep so why don't you search the school you want and we will have a family friend sign you up tomorrow," Sandra said as they got up to leave.
