Olivia's POV
I sneer in my heart, they think I am a human. THEY ARE TOTALLY WRONG! But it doesn't have any difference.
As the only daughter of General Nero, who is a high-ranking member of the wolf committee, I have always been a shame to the family. Because I am 19 years old without a wolf. I am not even qualified to attend my birthday party, just because they don't want the upper class to find me, completely incompetent trash.
They faked the last name for me to study in the best school in the pack at first when I was 6 for my safety, waiting that I would wake my wolf someday.
Unfortunately, after my 16th birthday, nothing happened. It is quite a weird thing that both my parents' wolves woke up before 15, but some normal wolves wake up at 18.
It takes time for my proud parents to accept that I am f*****g normal. They decide to wait a few years more, but nothing they expect to see on my 18th birthday morning, then I was told that I am not invited to my birthday party. My families tell everyone that I am a powerful wolf, learning to be a doctor abroad.
My dearest father, oh, no, General Nero thought that I had a severe mental and physical disease, so he sent me to the hospital in another town.
I had been taking countless medical examinations, in the jail of hospital for a year, getting everything they know checked, DNA tests included.
However, I am clean and healthy as new, and positive as General Nero's biological daughter all the time.
No doctors can explain what happens to me, the only thing they say is to ask us to wait.
My mother sighed and cried, General Nero left without any words.
Then I finally came back home, I kinda feel relief when I knew I was sentenced to death in my parents' hearts.
I go back to school as usual and I just can't wait for the freedom as it is the final year of high school.
As time flies, I am never capable of waking my wolf up, or I never have one.
But it actually means nothing to me, I can make everything in control, it is great to be normal as I don't have to get involved in any parties with superficial people.
It is has been a dream to be a professional cooker, and I am saving money for the fees of further education.
I will leave the home that I can't breathe, and get my own life.
I have been saving money to open my own restaurant, that is why I never complain about working in such an awful restaurant.
It is also easy for a normal student to stay invisible, so no one in the Silver Moon Pack ever knows about my identity, even though I study with wolves in the pack every week since my childhood.
Even those wolves who spend all day with me think me is a normal human, not to mention these two wolves who see me for the first time.
I pretend to be a coward and say: "My lords, I promise that I am on your side. I can help, please don't hurt me. I saw a seriously injured man hiding in the ground an hour ago in the wine cellar, I thought he was a thief, so I knocked him out with a wooden stick. Later I found out that he was covered in blood. He must be the person whom you are looking for."
"Show us the way," the brown wolf says.
"Of course." I stand up, but I almost fall again because my arm aches.
The brown wolf slowly approaches me and holds my shoulders, then he pulls and pushes my bones, and the pain of my arm is killing me. Then in the next second, my bones go back to their original places.
"Thank you so much, my lord." I lead them to the wine cellar on the second floor.
I open the door with the key, point at a corner in the dark, and say, "He is inside, my lords. I'm really scared. Can you please go in and turn on the light for me?" "
“Coward,” the black wolf walks into the cellar without hesitation。
“Wait, ” the brown wolf stares at me, "did you find him in the cellar, or outside?"
Without a word, I push him harshly with all my strength and shut the door, locking it as fast I can.
"This f*****g human girl, I will kill you!!!" the black wolf roars furiously, punching the door.
I don't think the door can hold for long, so I run upstairs, rushing to the strange man.
There is no trolley in the restaurant, so I could only grab his arm, take a deep breath, and pull him hard on my back. When his weight is completely on my back, I almost died, as if I was carrying a 100 kg slate on my back!
Hearing the two wolves hitting the door, I stop myself from getting panicked and get this man to my car, I throw him in the back seat, rushing to the driver's seat and starting the engine.
The two furious wolves are just in front of the car!
I drive backward, taking a quick turn into the road, and raising the speed to the highest, but obviously, my old car couldn't speed up enough to get rid of them easily.
I look in the rearview mirror, they are about 40 meters behind me, howling.
I have an ominous premonition in my heart, and I am not happy that I am right, after about a minute, there are followers after the two wolves.
Holly s**t!
