Eugene Identified The Theif.

In Mara's cabin, Mara and Eugene are still looking at CCTV recordings to find the culprit who leaked their project designs. Eugene also cut Athena's call.
Athena keep thinking about Eugene all the night and he is with Mara that thought worries her all night. She kept checking her phone and then put her phone back beside her in bed in frustration. Her worries keep awake her all night. She looks at phone and then Becky, she remembers everything Becky said and then Eugene said earlier. She close her eyes while tears starts flowing from her eyes corners.
"Was dad right about me and Eugene? Eugene never sees me with any other eyes except friend. But I love him a lot, maybe I will move on…!!!" Athena thinks and cries in silence.
On the other hand, Mara and Eugene still looking at recordings and find nothing. Eugene becomes tired and is stretching his body while his arms touch Mara's shoulder and she looks at him with a done face and then he smiles and hinted her with his hands as chill. Then Eugene look back in Mara's laptop where he find a guy in a black hoodie. He immediately close the laptop which gains Mara's attention. Then that black hoodie person goes right in Eugene's desk and there is some glitches in recording they can't see that person's face or that person is boy or girl, nothing. That guy sits on Eugene's chair and starts doing something with his laptop probably leaked the designs.
"Thief! Thief! I got it!" Eugene keeps repeating like a child and Mara furrows looking at that person.
Eugene zoomed in on the recording to clearly see that person. But nothing was seen because of darkness in the office.
"I told you. I told you that I will take you in front of the real culprit" Eugene says while repeating his words twice.
"And where's the culprit?" Mara coldly asks.
"That in front of you" Eugene says.
"But who is this??" Mara asks in disbelief.
"What? You want me to do everything, huh? My work is done. I took you here and now the rest is your homework. So now I'll go Bye" Eugene sassily says and about to go when Mara says something which makes him stop "Tomorrow 8am office!!"
He turns back and says "What? Why 8am?" Eugene asks in confusion.
"Because the work hasn't been done yet" Mara says while getting up from her chair and walking towards Eugene but Eugene makes faces in disbelief.
"And you promised me to find out the culprit. And leaving work in half is not my hab…!!' Mara sassily says and walks close to Eugene like a queen but her leg twerk because of heel and she falls on Eugene's arm before completing her sentence and Eugene bursts into laughter.
But then Mara gets up properly before she says anything Eugene says "Oh sorry, I'm sure that was also my mistake, right?" Eugene taunts.
Mara just looked at him in surprise. Then Eugene says "Goodnight!!" And he shows his cool walk and about to go to Mara's cabin couch.
"Will you sleep here??" Mara asks.
"Yes, why not ma'am. Only 3 hours left when will I eat? When will I shower? And when will I change? So it's better for me to sleep here, right?' Eugene says and throws himself on a couch.
Mara shakes her head and looks at her watch "Then I am going" Mara says.
"Your office, your kingdom. Why would you ask me?" Eugene savagely says and Mara leaves from her cabin.
But when she came outside she realized the lights were still off. Mara is having her fear attacks, her legs start shaking then she looks her way to home and then Eugene. She keeps looking both sides and runs back to her cabin where she sees Eugene and sighs a breath of relief.
Then she sits on a small couch near the couch where Eugene already drifted into sleep.
The next morning, Eugene's alarm starts ringing and it's Athena's voice as his alarm "Dumbass!! Dumbass!! Wakie wakie!!" Eugene furrows in his sleep and then dismisses the alarm while stretching but gets scared to see Mara intimidatingly staring at his soul.
"Ah!! Did you stare at me like this all night?" Eugene asks while buttoning his shirt.
"Staff is about to come in 20 minutes. Get ready" Mara says while ignoring Eugene's question.
Eugene yawns and stretches his body fully.
On the other hand, Eugene's step mom Darny, worryingly comes towards his sleepy son Lucas and starts shaking his arms.
"Lucas! Wake up! Wake up!" Darny says while shaking Lucas.
"What mom?" Lucas asks in a sleepy voice.
"Eugene hasn't come yet! Wake up and find out where he is?" Darny says.
"That's good if he hasn't come yet. You will not face any trouble for some time because of him" Lucas says because he is still angry with him.
"Lucas! Please call him and ask him where he is? He never spent his night outside earlier. Wake up! And why did you fight with him? It wasn't necessary" Darny says and then hit Lucas's thigh after completing the last sentence.
Lucas opened his eyes in anger "Who would talk to his elder brother like this, huh??" Darny nagging at Lucas.
"It's enough mom. Don't you see how much he insulted you? And then I took your side but see you are nagging at me. He even didn't think of you as his mom" Lucas says more like whining.
"Whether he accepts me or not, reality will never change. I'm his mother. Please call him" Darny says while smiling.
"Ugh!! Our whole family is mad, reason less and logic less" Lucas says in frustration.
Then he gets up "Where is my phone?" he mumbled and took his phone from behind his pillow.
"Wait…! I'll call Ath…!!" Lucas says and dial her number.
At Athena's house, Athena's dad is talking to her aunt who came with the proposal.
"Sis! Athena wants to meet that boy. Yes! You are hearing the truth. She wants to get it as soon as possible. Hahaha!" Mr.Walton says while making breakfast for his family.
He comes with pancakes and coffee towards the dining table where Nora and Athena sit with faces down.
"Yes! Talk to that boy's family. I told you to talk to them so do as I say" Mr.Walton says and leaves to his room.
"Are you sure? Please think about it again" Nora worryingly says to Athena.
"Yes! I'm sure! And I know my marriage will happen like this. And why will I wait for the extra smart, i***t and busy people. I'm pizza not lasagna. You know everyone dies for pizza but pizza never cares about anyone" Athena bursts out and says in one breath while Nora just confusingly furrows.
Then suddenly Lucas calls her and she picks up.
"Yes, Lucas!" Athena says.
"Yes, he was in his office with Mara Penelope. Ugh! How come I know what he was doing? It's his choice to do whatever he wants to do. Anyway, I wasn't that important to him" Athena says in an upsetting voice and also leaves while talking.
Nora looks at Becky and he proudly smiles.
"You know what, I taught her the pizza part" Becky proudly says.
"My fatty boy!" Nora says with a fake smile "Don't you dare to give these types of ideas to anyone" Nora shouts and Becky flinches.
"i***t!" Nora added.
On the other side, staff already came into the office and Mara directly called them in the conference room. They are watching the whole recording and that black hoodie person.
"Mara! I told you that guy was Eugene. He did this so that we can't catch him" Mr.Addison sas while Eugene enters the conference room with a mug of coffee.
When Addison sees Eugene his blood starts boiling and he shouts "What are you doing here, huh?"
"Bed coffee!! Want some, huh?" Eugene says while smiling.
"Hey! They both wore the same clothes as yesterday so that means they were here all the time. There is something fishy there" Peon whispers but Mara already heard him.
Mara looks at the peon and he gulps, she sighs and stands straight.
"Whoever did this come on it's own? Or else I'll call the police" Mara says.
"Mara!! He is right in front of you, Eugene" Addison says in frustration.
"He never did anything" Mara says and everyone looked at her in shock including Addison.
"Ma'am you don't know. These middle class are all like this, it's in their nature. He fooled you by his acting. He leaked the designs that night. If not , then ask him where he was?" Addison argues to accuse Eugene.
He turns towards Eugene and asks "Tell us! Where were you?"
"In your house with your wife," Eugene says with a fake smile.
"What?" Addison says in anger.
"Drinking coffee nothing else!" Eugene teasingly says.
"How dare you!" Addison says while grabbing Eugene's collar.
Eugene grabs Addison's hand and forcefully, calmly removes his hand from his collar.
"What are you doing? I only have this expensive shirt, it will be torn. Who will give me back my shirt, you??" Eugene calmly says.
"Mara! You saw what he did? I told you he did this" Addison says while looking at Mara more like he wants Mara to fire Eugene.
"Mr.Addison! Eugene wasn't in the office that night" Mara speaks and shocks everyone.
"If not then where was he?" Addison asks Mara.
"Where were you? In your home, sipping coffee. Why isn't he saying anything?" Addison kept yelling.
"I have the answer to your question," Mara says and everyone looks at her.
"He was with me in my house" Mara confesses and everyone's jaws drop and eyes go wide except Eugene he is smirking.
"I told you they both had some kind of affair," Peon says while smirking.
"Now the point is that. If I wasn't at my desk then who?" Eugene says while wrapping his hands around Addison's elbows.
Eugene is looking at everyone suspiciously and then his eyes stop on peon he smirks and goes near peon.
"Did you do that?" Eugene asks.
"No, no sir!!" Peon stuttering.
"Then swear to God" Eugene says and peon swear.
"Molly, did you do that by chance, huh?? If not then swear" Eugene says while walking towards Molly.
"I swear I didn't" Molly says.
"Mara Penelope!! Swear…??" Eugene teasingly says but Mara gives him a death glare. Then he stops at Addison and tells him the same thing.
"Mara! What's that circus? What kind of circus in your office is going on?" Addison asks.
"Ah-uh! This isn't a circus, it's called swearing of God" Eugene says while smiling.
"Mara! What's this…!" Addison says but Eugene cuts him off "What is that you keep whining Mara, Mara like a child. You know what pinky promises. And you know what if you lied then your pinky will break!!" Eugene says and then picks up Addison's hand and caresses a ring in the middle finger of Addison and then he harshly removes the ring from his finger while completing his last word.
"Ahh!!" Addison hissing in pain.
Ring falls on the table and spins but Eugene puts his hand on a ring and shows ring to Mara Penelope and they both understand who the black hoodie guy was because he was wearing a ring in his middle finger.
"Here is your thief" Eugene says and Mara sternly looks at Addison.
"Me? Mara I didn't do anything. He does this to trap me" Addison says.
"Shoot!" Eugene says and pushes Addison on the floor.
"Mara! Mara I didn't do anything" Addison starts crying.
"Aey!! Joker! Take your ring!" Eugene says with a disgusted face and throws a ring on him.
"Peon!!" Mara shouts.
"Yes ma'am I know" peon says and he throws Addison out of the office with the help of a guard.
"Meeting dismiss!" Mara says and everyone moves out from the conference room.
Eugene is also about to leave when Mara says "Eugene!!"
He comes near her and waits for her thanks.
"It's okay! You have enough time when your heart permits you, you will say thanks to me" Eugene calmly says.
Mara sighs and picks up an envelope and gives it to Eugene.
Mara gives Eugene a high salary with a bonus…!!
