Hidden Hybrid Angel

~ Chapter Three ~

I grew irritated of how Eric made me wanted me to do with him. He wanted me as his partner since we going to have a confidential operation by next week. He's pointing out that my opinions and ideas aren't going to work because he really wanted to insist on his new theory.

Like damn that was just a theory while we are going to save the life of the president! Is he insane?!

I grew angry and more angry about how Eric is acting like I was just his clinical nurse.

"On my documentaries and research, there is a way of how to neatly stitch and repair the opened area of wounds, and there you will see that it does not need further medicines because it does not flow a lot of blood."

I looked at his documentaries and I can say that he is a good and professional doctor indeed but has too much confidence. His profile says that he had already fifty successful operations and no one died from his operation."

Hmm, we does have something in common because I had already twenty successful operations without anyone dying from injuries and internal bleeding.

But if he had fifty operations since when did he became a doctor? Does that mean he became professional at a young age? I am certain that I haven't heard much about him and since when did I care?

Closing his folder I stared at Eric who's currently discussing about his new theory, I can say that he's good and very serious in this field, and he's attractive with a good body and that's a plus since he's a doctor.

I bet a lot of girls are dying just to be in his pants? But damn his arrogant attitude makes things a major turn off for the girls!

For a moment Eric's eyes and mine meets which made a shiver ran down my spine and make me feel awkward. I then saw how his lips quirked up into a grin which made my stare turn to a glare.

"Dr. Andrea any thoughts?" He rudely asks.

"I'm fine go on so I could spend my time signing papers in the office." I boringly say and smiled to him sweetly while he remained to stay focus and strict.

Time stood so slow and every time this Eric looks towards my spot makes me so irritated for some reason I don't know why I hate him that much?

I mean I used to act professionally among other co workers but when it comes to him I can't take off my mood! It boils me inside!

"That's all for this meeting I hope you really enjoy it well." Mr. Van says and finally I let out a heavy breath that was circling from my inside awhile ago.

Dr. Athena then suddenly talks to me like she has some news to share with. Actually she's one of my favorites here because she's my best friend and I know for sure that she will be talking about what happened yesterday to me and Daniel.

"Cut it off nothing happened." I said blurting it out first.

From a curious grinning face it turns to a glare. Athena immediately pulled me out of the meeting room and whispered.

"For angel's sake you're a doctor Andrea! Why can't you seduce him it has been years!" She says.

"Athena I was okay! I was trying! But still am not ready!" I said to her and she pinched my sides.

"Aww!"

"You're such a slow angel Andrea make a move before someone already does!" She says which made me rolled my eyes.

"Whatever you Daniel can't cheat with me."

The she instantly pauses and looked awkwardly at me which is weird. I know when she make faces like that there is something wrong.

"Actually I really wanted to tell you this." She started and somehow my heart erotically beats fast.

"What do you mean you wanted to tell me?"

Then she handed her phone to me showing a picture of a man and a woman kissing each other in a restaurant I used to go.

I don't know what to react or say but it clearly show a picture of Daniel with someone I don't recognize who?

My hands were instantly shaking in fear and anger seeing this picture makes me want to explode and scream!

"How dare he do this to me." I whispered while tears started to escape from my eyes.

Athena embraced me into her arms, saying that she will help and everything will be alright. Seems like Daniel was doing this to me just before and I just didn't even realized or noticed.

"Actually this was the second time I caught them but that first time I wasn't so sure until yesterday."

I parted away from her and gave her phone to her while I try to come with my self to speak. How horrible Daniel was to me! All this time I thought he was my perfect man that I was going to marry never did I thought he's a cheater!

"Then why did you not tell me?" I asked Athena crying.

"I thought it would be better to tell you personally than to call you." She says and I truly understand how she cares for me.

Into my office I cried and cried seeing the pictures of Daniel in I on my desk. How dare he pretend that his grandmother were rushed to a hospital well in fact he was dating some another w***e in a restaurant where I used to go!

That was my favorite place and I was planning to get him and eat there because it was special to me!

I guess he had figured that restaurant out than I did.

As anger rush to me I didn't even noticed that was crushing everything in my desk! A piece of glass made a cut in my hand while I scream in hatred.

Little did I know Daniel came rushing to me, trying to calm me down but when I realized his presence I immediately looked into his eyes and slapped him with a force.

"What the hell is wrong with you Andrea!" He shouted.

"What is wrong with me? You dare me to ask that question?! You! You tell me what is wrong with you?!" I angrily pointed at him.

But in a minute his face stood shock and scared probably because this was the first time he saw me so much angry.

"What did I do wrong now?" He asks out of confusion.

Grabbing my phone I threw it to him showing his picture that is kissing another girl.

I saw how his face turned pale and stood shock that I completely figured it out.

"Andrea I can explain!"

"Shut that explanation of your how dare you to cheat on me after all this years!"

"Andrea what you're thinking is wrong!"

"Bloody curse on you Daniel and now you dare to lie at me! Just tell me the truth! Who is that girl!"

"Andrea I-"

"Who is she?!" I angrily yelled and he let out a heavy breath before answering.

"Her name is Jane, she's my work mate." He said and I screamed out of disappointment.

"How dare you Daniel!" I continuously say.

"I gave you everything! But why?" I cried and he pulled me to lock in his arms saying sorry.

In that moment I felt how my world stops and crashing down to pieces. I was so hurt and Daniel making me feel this way is sickening me inside.

I struggled in his hold while he tries to stop me but still I didn't gave up and grab all my force to stay away from him.

"Get the hell out of here Daniel."

"Andrea please..."

"Get out!"

I was hoping that he wouldn't try to turn his back on me but I was wrong, he really did left me.
