The Pole Dancer
Getting in Touch with the Goddess Within Requires No Hormones.
The postman and Heather worked hard on the chase scene. Together they had to work out the aim of the wind machine and time it with the sound effects, redesign a dilapidated Captain Hook boat into Grannie’s soup kitchen, and design a beanstalk cover for the pole dancer’s pole that not only looked like a beanstalk but had the ability to drop (to quote the postman) like a pair of knickers.
Everyone apart from Heather, Ella, and Alisa were eagerly waiting for the chase rehearsal; Lucinda’s pole dancing was the climax. Lucinda was the principle boy, whose very name had most of the male cast weak at the knees. It was rumoured that she rehearsed in shorts tighter than a latex glove.
