35 Aladdin’s Cave was still open, despite the lateness of the hour, when Burke reached the door. He was glad about that, it made things easier for him and his operation, though he didn’t allow himself to relax. Finding the shop open was only a good beginning, there was still a lot to do. An electronic buzzer sounded from somewhere in the shop as he stepped over the threshold, accompanied by Sergeant Henderson and two constables.
