36 Nathan accepted the response he received to his first series of questions without comment. Three ounces was a reasonable amount of pot, it was certainly a quantity that could result in a charge of dealing, but he considered it marginal for a property lived in by a pair of criminals with records and an acknowledged history of drug use; three ounces could easily be all for personal use.
