CHAPTER 21Abby stood in her office looking at the Wolverine poster on the wall and tried not to cry. It was ridiculous. She wasn't a weepy sort of person but this week had really started off with a bang. She had kissed Jasper, and it had paralyzed him. Temporarily. Abby walked over to her desk, still carrying the two coffee cups she brought down from upstairs, and sat down in her chair. She put the coffee down beside her World of Warcraft mouse pad. Beside her desk were the boxes that she had been going through of Jasper's collection. She was almost done with the inventory and would have to get more, but after the Jasper had left, she wasn't sure if he wanted her to continue on the project.
She picked up a cup and took a sip. Still scalding hot.
