I waited all through the night for Charlotte's return. I had been fuming in anger seeing how she smiled so genuinely with a man she barely knows. Watching him hold her hand and lead her into his car was a scene I could not take off my mind no matter how much I tried.
How easy is she to be swayed by men? Is she being convinced with their money? I thought. Or by their good looks?. I remembered the man she met in South Korea. He was good-looking and had some money.
I had found out about him when I sent Charles to get some information on him. I was curious to know why Charlotte had felt comfortable with him.
At first, I had thought she was after his money but had shrugged off the feeling but seeing her with someone else, I couldn't help but believe she goes after men with money.
