He was a bit upset with himself. He came here to read, yet he only read a couple of books, not the mansion. The more books he read, the more confused he became. He reads the book the piper and the demon kin reading it to Pish he was only able to get two chapters before he and Pish were bored with the text “I don’t think we’re having any luck with books none of them look interesting, “ he says putting the book back he scans a few books but could not get interested in reading any of them after reading a few pages of lies become the human. He looked to a widow, and the sun had set; however, it was hard to tell night. “Ok, that’s enough, let’s. Get Emily and the others and get out of here,” he says. She nods, and they find Emily with a pile of books.

“Well, we’re done. How are you doing,” he asked in a hushed tone. “Just finished this book. I guess I can leave now. I am hungry after all,” she says, putting each book back where it belongs. When they get to the door, he puts a call through his link. They stand there for a few minutes. Heather is the first to arrive at the entrance, followed by slither, then Megan “well, let’s go,” he says they nod. They leave the library” man, was reading more fun than I thought, but I am being able to talk again,” Magen says as soon once, outside the library, the city was still quite active as they walked.

“Every book was so fascinating I had trouble choosing. What about you? Did you all find an interesting thing to read?” Megan asked with a bright attitude as they started to walk. “I had trouble finding the right book to read though I had made my mind up a bit. Once I sit down and look at my map, I will decide which city we’re going to next,” Castel said with a firm tone.

“Have you finally decided to go after the demon lord?” Emily ask with excitement, “that I did not, but I have decided to gather the six blessings while I travel; I figured I might as well travel from place to place till I decide what I want to do, and anyway I’m looking forward to visiting some of the cities” he said “me to after I found the thing I was looking for is as planing to fly to each city and check them out from a distance” Megan says. “So, who fought you to read Megan?” He asks

“Oh, another demon kin she was nice and quite passionate about reading, which was strange for a demon kin, but who am I to say what is strange for a demon kin, after all, I just love to talk to people, demon kin or human does not matter,” she said as they walk.

“So, you are going to gather all six blessings; that is a worthy task indeed. I’m glad I was chosen to be your demon kin. I hope we head to the city of air. I want to see all the different birds that live there,” Megan says smoothly “well, I hope we steer clear of the city of water; I would rather not go there,” Slither says, looking disheveled “oh, can we visit the city of knowledge I know you can’t get a blessing there, but I just want to visit its schools for a bit” Emily said hopefully “I will think about that too, but I got to look over the map the church gave me first” Castel says

“Well, I’m just glad that I did not decide to mate with anyone else. I’m glad you get to be my first time,” Megan says happily “thanks, I guess,” Castel says, “so how many of you were Castel your first time mating “ after they answer, “so how is he in bed, can I look forward to a good time” the other nod slowly Emily blushing “sometimes I think demon kin should have more shame, but I guess that just the way all demon kin act it’s either food or s*x that’s on their mind, only in some cases do they care about more than that” Emily said

“You humans and making life more complicated, I don’t know if I will ever get used to it,” Megan says. All the other demon kin firmly in the party nod in agreement “so do you plan to hunt down a dark element, demon kin, and light? Those are the only thing we are missing from our party, “Megan asks with a causal tone that says she could. Not care less how many demon kin he formed pacts with.

“Well, with my luck, I will run into a dark or light demon kin, I probably won’t have to look for one, “he says “yes, with how things are going, it’s going to be a female demon kin who is looking for something,” Emily says sounding irritated “why do you seam mad about that do you love Castel?” Megan asks, “I don’t hate him, not even for taking Heather from me, but if I were to put a word to it, I would like to travel with him for now. I never put too much thought into liking a male before all my thoughts revolved around woman, till recently that is now I think a great deal about who I am what I like, who I love, what I want to do” she says.

“You humans too complicated, just be with him, just do things when they come, face your life one day at a time, it’s ok to think about the future but just don’t dwell on it, eat, work, f**k just focus on what you can do, and want to don’t have any doughty in your hart,” Megan says as they walk “that’s easier for demon kin to do, then it is for humans, we can not just quit thinking, even your Castel is filled with self dought about what he is supposed to do, what he wants from life, he constantly think about where he came from, who he was before he found himself here, all things you would consider not necessary to live” Megan shrugs.

 “It is fine that we’re different, but as much as we’re different, we have much in common too. I am even sure there is demon kin it there that likes to think about all the stuff your humans are so concerned with,” Megan says. He sighs “true, you never know who is out there or what you are going to find out in the world” Castel says, “thinking hard” Pish says Heather nods “sometimes it is better to think” she says “humans though rarely stop thinking. But enough of that, how did each of you enjoy the library “Megan asked, “it was ok,” Heather and slither said, “not like so much, but like when Castel read to me,” Pish said. Megan looked to the sky “my feathers tell me it is going to rain soon; we should get to this church quickly if we don’t want to get wet” she says Castel looks up at the cloudy sky it did look like rain was going to come so he picks up the pace all but jogging along with everyone.

 “I don’t mind the rain, but I know you humans can be a bit fussy when it comes to getting wet,” Megan says as they run “thanks for the warning, Megan, we should get to the church in just a bit at this pace,” he says she nods, “I think I see it from here, so witch one are we are staying at the one that is mostly wight or the one the mostly black one,” Megan says as she points to the neighboring churches “the wight one,” he says as the close in, he gets to the door and. “You all first, “he says. He lets them all pile through and then follows through. They met up with the priest and joined them for dinner there waiting at the table; Megan and the priest are in a deep discussion about faith and spirituality, “wow, I must say I’m pleasantly surprised not many demon kin are willing to hash out, with me” a rather talkative priest says as they just got done with a conversation that went over his head “oh I always love talking about anything, I love asking a question and, I love to listen to people talk “ Megan says then the two of them launch into a debate about having good conversations and the quality of the conversation “you know I love how she talks, but I could get tired of it real fast” he says harshly to Emily she nod. “Well, we can always tell her to shut her mouth for a bit and give it a rest,” she said as they finished eating “ok Megan, enough talking. It is time for bed,” he said, locking one of Megan arms wings with his “oh Yah, good night fryer Galen it was very nice talking to you,” she says bowing to the person she finished talking to.
