As we arrived here at my former apartment, the thought in my head is that one of the tenants here is my mother but I never thought that my mother is the owner of this apartment. I didn’t think that my former landlady is my mother, like how? And also, why? Why did Mrs. Wilson didn’t even know who am I?
“Harmony?” I came back to my senses when I heard Mrs. Wilson called my name. I just looked at her with full of questions on my face.
“It’s fine if you cannot call me mom, you can still call me Mrs. Wilson or whatever you want to call me.” She continues so I just nod at her before looking at Ethan beside me. Ethan just smiled at me so sweetly before grabbing my hand and squeezed them gently.
“Ahm, will you please excuse us, first madam?” E
