"This is nice," said Jaivva.
"This is why I love artificers, tankers, and so on," added Hakken, "You get it so easy with them. Only thing that sucks about this is that there is no real opening for us to shoot, nor any weapons on the car, you know"?
Jaivva snapped towards her, laughing, "That's true. I wasn't even thinking about that".
"Nah," said Jeff, driving his multi-terrain car down the dirt road, "We'll be fine. If anything we'll just take off".
Jaivva turned towards Hakken, "So, what are you"?
Hakken smiled, "So, I am a spy and summoner".
Jeff was a little puzzled, "Those are rogue classes, right"?
"Spy is," answered Jaivva.
"Exactly," said Hakken, brushing back her hair, "It's not advanced like Ninja. But I can still get by and do a lot of things. Better than a freelancer in many ways".
"Freelancers aren't bad, are they?" asked Jaivva.
Jeff answered, "Pretty bad".
Hakken was a bit confused, "No. Like any class, it depends on the player. Teddy is a Freelancer and he kicks a lot of butt".
"Right," added Jaivva, "It took me and Dani together to beat him".
"When?" asked Jeff.
"When you weren't here last month".
Jeff frantically looked back, "Yo, don't be taking my sister to fight those guys. They're not good people".
Jaivva smiled, remembering how easily Dani spoke to Teddy, "Uh-".
Jeff spoke out, "Yo, I mean it. I can't stand having those gu-".
The car was knocked by something huge.
"Oh crap!" yelled Hakken, "It's a dragon".
The dragon latched its claw down into the hood of the car, preventing it from driving any further.
"Okay Hakken, time to summon something," said Jaivva.
"It takes a long time," she answered, "Also, I don't have control of my summons. That's why Logan never lets me join".
Jaivva jumped over her lap to point her g*n out, shooting at the dragon, "Jeff! Either shoot or drive"!
The purple dragon pulled them in with its square shovel-like claws. Hakken faced back, creating a sheet of ice over its eyes.
Jeff was trying to drive off when the dragon smacked the car on the driver's side.
At first, the car barely tilted. Hakken was chanting as Jeff was trying to drive away. Jaivva saw the claw drawing back again causing her to jump out the window. She ran off a bit into the grassy field and began firing against its thick scales.
Unfortunately, the dragon didn't hesitate to shoot out a ball of dark energy at her. The energy came down, wrecking through the grass. Jaivva ran zig-zags to stay safe.
After a few more attacks, the dragon drew its claws back. They glowed with a white sparkle that she couldn't ignore. It had to be the banning technique Vanessa spoke of. Meaning, this dragon was no random encounter. It made sense, given it was striking Jeff's side of the car.
Jaivva ignored this and ran up with a shuriken in hand. Right when she got close, a giant bird flew down biting on the dragon's head.
Jaivva threw a magic shuriken at its neck as the dragon bit the bird down into the car. It chomped away even though it had shuriken pierced through its throat.
Weaving a few hand seals, Jaivva morphed the magic shurikens into snakes that crawled inside the dragon.
It twitched and roared, slamming the bird down. With the snakes moving further in, the dragon felt a bulging pain swimming through its body.
Jaivva sprinted, jumping back into the car through the window, "Drive"!
Jeff snapped out of his panic and hit the gas. It didn't take long before the dragon was nearly out of sight. Nor did it take long for the dragon to rid itself of the nasty pest inside its body.
"It's coming!" yelled Hakken.
"How the f**k!" yelled Jaivva, "How am I suppose a damn dragon"?
"I don't know," said Jeff.
She smacked his head, "Why aren't you shooting"?
He held his lips close as Hakken spoke, "Maybe we can ambush it".
Jaivva acknowledged the great idea.

The dragon ran through the grassy field, chasing after that little red car to ban Jeff. Trees were becoming denser, blocking its vision from seeing them clearly. Its tail knocked down trees, send echoes of thuds across the land.
To its joy, the car stopped a little way out. Even the dragon knew this was a trap. It wanted to kill them, but it had a mission to accomplish.
It lowered its head, approaching the car. Hakken shot out ice, from behind a tree, that nearly tripped the dragon.
Just when the dragon bit into the car, Jaivva jumped out, firing on it. Jeff kneeled behind a tree, firing at the creature. Each shot knocked the dragon's head back.
Jaivva weaved a few hand seals to create a flaming prison around it. Hakken channeled her energy, increasing its temperature to prevent the dragon from coming out without being burned.
There was a dark aura brewing within the flames. Jaivva began enclosing the prison, but the dragon stretched its claw right out. Its purple scales were now burnt down to freshly dripping flesh. No screams were heard. Rather that aura was still building.
Hakken stopped channeling her energy to create an ice wall for the oncoming attack, "Get out the way"!
One didn't need to tell Jeff nor Jaivva again. They both sprinted afar before Hakken rose shards of ice from the ground that stuck towards the dragon's feet.
But the dragon wasn't phased. It shot out its dark aura, breaking through the wall and killing Hakken. The flames faded with three magic shurikens hitting its neck again.
Shortly after she morphed the shurikens to snakes to strangle the dragon, Jaivva was back to shooting it with her machine g*n. Jeff on the other hand was yelling for Hakken, not knowing she was already dead.
The dragon wasn't focused on petty trivials. Jeff was in clear sight and well ready for an attack. It resisted the snakes strangling its long neck to stomp its way to Jeff. The left law glowed. Gators made of earth bit at each claw only to be stomped away.
Jaivva was out of tricks. She created a few lightning birds to blow up the dragon's eyes, but it resisted. Its scales were torn away. The dragon merely continued, ignoring its injuries.
A gust of wind blew against it that left Jaivva a little confused. No way it could be Jeff. The wind formed a cyclone that tore against the reptile.
"Sun... shine down".
That cyclone grew hot. Both Jeff and Jaivva felt its heat, watching thick winds flash yellow. They ripped in every way, spilling blood from the dragon. The exposed flesh was now torn into.
The dragon refused to show pain nor break away from its objective. Its tail flew off and it was still reaching towards Jeff. The cyclone rose to its head, weighing it down to the ground.
Snaps were heard from afar as its neck was twisted to the wind. Jaivva watched, trying to figure out who was possibly saving them. Their reptilian foe was squabbling in the dirt, trying to fight against its demise. After a few minutes, a break in its dripping neck ended its struggle.
