Throwing the dead quasit off her, Mimi came next to Kiki's side, "Yo, we're going in real quiet and not touching anything".
They both stood at the entrance of the next room, trying to detect creatures. Nothing was there. The switch was clearly on the far wall to their left. The two bridges led right to the switch. Mimi placed two fingers on the ground, but couldn't detect any traps.
"I guess it's a moment of reprieve," said Kiki.
Mimi glanced again before creeping towards the first bridge, "I don't care. We're taking it nice and slow".
Kiki walked right past her, "Let's just get it over with".
Mimi remained at her side, fiddling through her inventory. Kiki reached the sphere and waited for Mimi to finish the preparations. After a few quick minutes and a couple of insults from Kiki, Mimi finally cracked two potions and ethers to heal them.
Now ready, Kiki pressed the sphere. The entire floor rumbled. Growling from the beast became clear. Splashing was heard from the creatures escaping back into the lake through the stream. The walls were shifting into the perimeter to form a single giant room.
Right in front of them was a mist of steam. A scale claw that was bigger than them slammed out. The protruding scales were sharp and wet of hot dew. A second claw stretched across the area they were previously in.
"At least it's young," said Mimi, walking to her right.
"Obviously, that's the only way it can be in captivity," said Kiki following while conjuring her green fire.
A giant ball of scalding steam shot towards them. The air's temperature rose around the steam.
Upon slamming against the wall it scattered towards the girls. Mimi's skin blistered within seconds.
She sent a gust of air to clear the steam from the beast. A ball of steam was forming in the razor-sharp mouth of a giant turtle dragon
Those large scales on its legs grew up to its back into much larger spikes. Its tail was also covered, swinging like a gator's. The turtle dragon's large red eyes followed Kiki as she ran to the southern bridge close to the entrance.
As it prepared its next steam attack, Mimi hooked left on a closer bridge and fired a few wind attacks. The dragon was crawling out of its watery bed unharmed to chase Kiki.
She blew a green fireball at the turtle dragon. It flung its tail around, coated in steam, to cancel to attack.
Mimi shot out a shadow dragon to its head. But the oversized turtle jumped its front legs clear over it.
When the dragon turtle landed, the ground shook. The girls laid flat on their stomachs to avoid injury.

"Who's attacking Matilda?" asked Mike, jumping from a sofa with two girls.
Benji was clueless about what Mike was talking about until he reiterated that his turtle dragon was being attacked.
Mike stormed out threatening to beat the hoes today whereas Benji began messaging Steven.

Steven was at a desk studying when received a message on his Isekai Game app.
"Would you like any more tea?" asked a little mother.
"No mam. But thanks for having me over," he said.
"Anything for one of my son's friends," said the mother as she brushed back her long brown hair and started washing dishes. "Thank you for getting the groceries".
"Oh yeah yeah. No problem..." said Steven as he looked at the message, "f**k"!
His outburst caused the lady to drop a plate. He quickly apologized before running out the door.

The Turtle dragon ran for Kiki with steam out its. When near, it bit into her. The feeling of having this thin girl was exciting the dragon to jump. But the lack of taste made it question what was in its mouth.
It hadn't noticed that Mimi landed a small shuriken in its shell to cast an illusion of Kiki.
A shuriken landed into its eye, causing it to spin around. Mimi struck its head with a shadow dragon, but the damage was minimal.
The turtle dragon countered with a ball of steam shot clear toward Mimi.
She hurled a wind shuriken the size of a coffee table back at it.
The shuriken gathered much steam and skid along the ground past the dragon.
By that time, the dragon was in range, swiping its claws at the alterimages of Mimi. She sprinted across the bridge and to the wall.
The dragon hooked right, to which she rolled under. After, she threw a shuriken at the sphere on the far corner where the dragon was resting. It hit.
"Burn," called Kiki as rumbling was heard outside.
Mimi jumped away and watched as the dragon turtle was ignited in green flames.
Green mist seeped through its shell, cracking in like a crab. The dragon's movements were a lot slower now.
It turned around to face Kiki when another shuriken nearly struck its good eye. The turtle dragon focused its attention back on Mimi, letting out a wave of steam.
She ran away, blowing out gusts of winds to hold off its acidic mist. Her feet and blades became enchanted with green fire that soon overtook her.
Arms made of green flames reached from the dragon's back to pull on its neck. Its resistance to fire was strong, but not strong enough to fight against the green flames.
Mimi turned back to first send a green flame dragon to strike its head. The dragon slammed its claw into it and came towards her.
She ran underneath the dragon to create swirling green flames underneath. Even though Kiki gave her fire immunity, the flames were still pretty hot.
The dragon turtle jumped away, but Mimi chased it down to strike into its legs. Each hit cracked the shelling, allowing the flames to enter deeper into its skin.
When the turtle dragon opened its mouth to blow out steam, Kiki created a snake out of the green flames that went inside its mouth. The flame arms from its back held its mouth open for more flame snakes to enter.
The snake dragon stumbled through the stream. The flames kept burning it alive. Soon its legs gave out, leaving it to lay down as the flames consumed it.
Mimi created a tornado that sucked up the steam mist. She directed it to the turtle dragon. It screamed as the tornado feed the green flames to burn it quicker.
Kiki ran up to Mimi, "Ready"?
"Time to get out of here"!
