Jake’s POV “Cam," I said more firmly, as I continued to crouch beside him. He was covered in blood, and I knew the blood all over me was mostly his, yet even still I prayed to the Goddess it was someone else’s. The logical, rational part of my brain told me wolves had to be gravely injured before they shifted back on their own.
