Chapter 5

“Hey Stephanie!, please can I know what you'll be doing within the week?” he wrote in his message to Stephanie.

But she didn't answer back throughout the whole night.

And then eventually, it was the early hours of sunshine in Boston high school, and the campers within the school, and outside the school were all prepared to take off on the summer camping trip.

Most of the other schools around came for the school's annual camping trip to wood; it was a joint summer trip between other schools.

And then, eventually, they drove to the forests.

As the ride was beginning to go deeper into the woods through a narrow highway. The road was covered with big threes, and most of the corners on the road were dead with abandoned warning signs placed on the freeway instructing their return back; this came as an outcome of the former murder of both the animal and human that took place in the forest a long time back. But the signs were regardlessly overlooked by the school vehicle motorist who went down the road alone. --' Neither did they understand the implication of what they were getting themselves into by being overlooked by the abandoned highway signs'.

The schools finally got to the point where the camping trip was always held.

“Come on out, we are finally here!” An announcement arrived from the school motorist and everybody came out of the vehicle and communicated directly with new students from other schools in the same manner as they did with their own Sally.

The atmosphere was felt with a nice calm sensational natural breeze which the trees provided. By the time the sun went high the birds stood to understand the cooling shadow of the branches of the tree, they made lovely sounds.

It was the first time for Stephanie to ever come across such elegance of nature, she stood by the side of the vehicle and communicated directly with her partner Emily Dickinson, but it was quite a good time for Cayden to step in and ask why she didn't respond to the message he sent her. He went close to her but it occurred quite unfortunately because it was the same time she was taking off from the spot she stood with Emily and he had to get her attention.

“Stephanie!” He yelled out her name.

Directly she received the call that came from Cayden and just then she turned to see who it was.

It turned out to be Cayden. He stood in front of her from a distance, and then gradually walked towards her as she stood waiting for him, he said, “Excuse me, ladies, pardon my manners, I just wanted to say something to Stephanie and I don't know if you mind?” he said glancing at Emily and immediately she understood what he implied to say.

“I'll be on the other side of the campers, just in case you need me,” she said and then left.

He turned to her, and said, “I sent you a message but there wasn't a response from you. Why?”

“I'm sorry, but it wasn't intentional,” she said, but deep down, inside of him, he knew she had no feelings for him and nothing could be done.

“Stephanie!” A call got to Stephanie, from Emily,— The rooms were clean and prepared for the students to go in.

“I have to leave”, she said, and within a short period, Emily walked to her, and held her hand.

“Sorry Cayden but Stephanie and I have to look for a cabin, hope you are alright with that?”

“No, really, I don't mind, by the way, Stephanie and I are done with talking”

“Ok, thanks. Come on Stephanie we don't have any time” ...and then they both left the spot where they were standing.

Soon after, storm clouds gathered overhead. And then the rain began to fall and all the campers were all inside their camps and the sun was about to set, and the night showed up.

Eventually, the drizzle stopped, and then everyone who was in the camp came out of their cabin for nourishment. Stories were being told to the campers, but Cayden and his friends were not happy with the imaginative story that was said to be the truth about the forests which is said to still be happening in the woods.

Cayden, stood up from a log of wood, and then got to his male friends, and asked them to join him for a night out into the woods for exploring and so they committed themselves to do it.

The guys went to the deepest part of the horrifying wilderness of the woods, they heard howling from wolves which sounded in close range to the forests. The sounds came near but were ignored by the guys who were mind-lost with the small camp party they held. Most of them screamed cheerfully, liquoring up heavily near the campfire enjoying themselves, and then shortly after the wolves shifted into the area where the boys stood.

Suddenly, the wolf group came out from different parts of the dark woods, secluding them— the guys were ambushed by the wolves in a secular form. They weren't a way to go, and then one of the pack wolves attacked aggressively and went to bite Cayden on his stomach,

“Ah… ahh”, he cried out as he came down to the floor. He cried out in pain yelling at his friends for their help.

But on the other hand, the other guys saw a difficult way to escape from the pack of wolves, and with much struggle, they finally moved out from the spot where the wolves attacked Cayden.

Shortly after the bite on Cayden, he was on the floor and the wolves suddenly left into the woods after aggressively biting him. but after a while, Cayden stood up from the ground with the injury bite on his body. He walked slowly with the blood of the bite dropping out of his stomach. Cayden's friends eventually got to the school department sweating and breathing rapidly, directly one of Cayden's friends, Williams, went to the school's alert bell and then raised an alarm.

The school principal came out of his cabin, he turned to the side where the bell was always kept. He asked, “Who was it that rang the bell in the middle of the night?”

“That would be me! We need your help to save Cayden, who is in a terrible situation”

Williams narrates how they were all attacked by packs of wolves and just after then

The school principal started to mobilize some of the students to come out and go save Cayden.

But shockingly as they prepared to go into the woods, they all saw Cayden walking toward them...
