Kick-kick-triple spin-slam-kick…. Dodge-kick-triple spin-slam. Jab-jab-jab-spin-jab-spin-jab-jab-jab…. Spin-jab-spin-double jab-spin-triple jab….K.O. Summer was able to perform a critical attack at River. River back off guarding his surrounding in case Summer would attack using her power secretly. She's full of tactics and everything under her sleeves. She's cunning and wouldn't let anything slips into her eyes. It pisses her off. River was hit by her lightning jab. He needs to guard unless he's dead. He knows that Summer would treat anyone inside the battleground as an enemy that's needed her full power and wrath upon to. She always wanted to win and too eager to learn more techniques at fighting in the short time that was given to them. Sweat is dripping to Summer and River's body, head, and face. They're doing rounds of counter-attack. They continue attacking each other. Elvyre Kel can only see flashes of their moves on the screen but his eyes were sharp like every elvyres at Lhandefeen. He's maybe old but as a veteran of war and magic, he's one of the strongest in the city of Pharrhiio. He knows everything. He noticed that Summer and River's endurance has improved a hundred times than the first time they got into the academy. He recognized the seven humans during the admission of students several years ago. It is very rare for Pharrhiio to have human students because humans are not magical. They do not have the ability to enter the fairy world. These humans somehow managed to enter the fairy world which later on they have found out it was because of Summer who happened to be the great royal advisor's, which was Oleander, great-granddaughter and these humans are now one of the top students in Lhandeeen. Lhandefeen is the only magic academy in Pharrhiio and it can accommodate thousands of students. There are so many fairies training in this school to be a voonz or a fairy soldier. Students here will graduate after four years and they will become officially a voonz. After becoming voonz, they will undergo special training and hold special cases for beginners. River dodged Summer's fist and gave her a triple kick-slam but Summer dodged it and tackle him. He avoided Summer's foot and the next scene has been perfect footwork between them. Tackling each other, whoever gets tackled loses. They ended up floating in the air using their body-shaped shield enclosed to them, and they were trying to get and avoid each other. Minutes later the loud buzz was heard. Summer and River stopped attacking each other. They were catching their breath, sweat dripping off their bodies and faces. They get down to the ground. The forest around them vanished and the stadium replaced it. The forest earlier was only a dimensional battleground where being set at the stadium by the elvyres to create a battle realm so that the students can create even the most destructive attacks during the battle. "Excellent! You did a great job and you've improved a lot," elvyre Kel said. "Thank you, elvyre. You're a great teacher!" Summer said smiling praising their elvyre. "Thank you, sir. We wouldn't have made it without you elvyres," River said flushing a handsome smile on his face. "Thank you!" elvyre Kel answered flattered. Cheers and yells from the audiences outside of the arena were heard by River and Summer when the dimensional realm vanished. They waved at their classmates. This is not a Taquio Tournament but they are the top students in their class and so everyone believes in them and they respect those people who looked up to them. River and Summer were Taquio Tournament Champions during their first year at special class and that's how they became known to everyone at school. They sit in the audience beside their human childhood friends, Winter, Snow, Autumn, Rain, and Ice. "Winter Klein and Rain Francois, you're next. Bonne chance a vous deux!" elvyre Kel called Winter and Rain for the arena battle saying good luck to both of them in French. "Good luck out there. Show us your power both of you," Summer said and smiles a timid smile. "Je vous remercie," Winter answered thank you in French. Rain nodded at Summer and smiles. "Good luck, guys! Bats toi!" all of their friends cheer for Winter and Rain saying fight in French. The two entered the arena and it was closed down. The screen shows the inside of the arena and the desert battleground realm appeared. Winter was wind charmed human while Rain was earth charmed. The battle started. They only have half an hour to defeat each other. Everyone fell silent to focus on watching. Summer was happy for her two friends. Summer Blaire is half-human, half-fae blood. She's the only granddaughter of the royal advisor, Oleander.  Her great grandfather is now in his late years and yet they have never met. According to what Summer has heard from voonzes Nick, Gorka, and Quinn, Oleander has gone on a journey he doesn't want anyone to know except the king and the queen. Summer entered Pharrhiio with her friends by accident when they were only ten years old while Snow and Autumn were nine. While playing, Summer accidentally opened the portal that was painted on the ground at one of the rooms of the remain of an old structure at the hillside where they were playing. She was with Winter when she was sucked in by the portal. Their friends saw them disappear for a second but they were back again. They told their friends that they have been into the fairy world for a day and the incredible experiences that they've had. Their friends were not believing them because they were gone for only a second. They can't believe them either so they tried going in together and it worked. For the whole day, they have wandered at the fairy city where they learned from the pixies the name was Pharrhiio. When they came back to the human world before the day breaks in the fairy world, the time did not change. From then on, they were always sneaking in and out of the portal even though they couldn't understand why they cannot do it without Summer. There came the time that they have seen a post about the admission of students at Lhandefeen and specifically stated at the post that they were accepting humans. They decided to try and they got in even if they don't have any power, unlike those fairies who have shown amazing powers during the admission. They just showed fighting skills that they have learned in their Taekwondo and Martial Arts class their parents enrolled them together into when they were all just toddlers until at the current time. Winter, on the other hand, got enrolled by chance during their summer class and that's when she learned it. Unlike her childhood friends in the neighborhood, Summer became best friends with Winter during grade school in the big city and they were inseparable since then. Their mothers were both a member of PTA and that's how they became BFF. Every summer, Winter's family were going to Summer's family's ancestral house for a summer vacation and that's when Winter became a member of their pack. During their first four years of training at Lhandefeen, Summer learned that it was she who opened the portal at the hillside. According to their theory class, only a fairy blooded creature can open a portal of the two worlds. Summer realized that her friends couldn't make it without her, now she knows why. She thought of asking her parents and grandmother when she gets home but she doesn't have the courage. So she hid everything about the fairy world from her family. All of her friends did the same. It has been the secret of their circle they don't want anyone to know.  Until one day, during the Taquio Tournament, she entered the royal palace for the first time when she was running an errand for the royal hairdresser, Armelle, and the royal designer, Bexley. She saw Oleander's picture at the wall of the palace at the section for the king and the queen's advisor. The area was magical just like every decoration of the palace. The pictures were all old paintings but the colors were like the new ones. The frames of each painting were beaming just like the gems of the kingdom. In the fairy cultures, this is a show of respect to the royal advisors. The gems of the city are the symbol of power and greatness. As one of the twelve advisors of the royal kingdom, Oleander has been the foundation of the strong kingdom and his picture hanging on the wall of the palace shows great respect for him from the kingdom. His picture looks exactly the same as her grandma's possession. Oleander was wearing a white cloak hiding both his ears that made him looked like a human. His eyes were deep blue just like hers. Right then, she realized where did she get the fairy blood she's been wondering about.  Oleander and her great-grandmother, which was his wife, also have pictures together and his face was very clear. Learning the truth about her origin gave Summer the strength and courage to fight and win at the Taquio Tournament. When she learned about Oleander, Summer took a shot of his pictures and his wife on her phone's camera pretended she was just zooming the details of the pictures. She was thinking of showing it to Oleander if they met. Unfortunately, they were still not. She knew that Oleander doesn't know anything about her because her dad and grandmother thought that the previous generations were all dead. When they were ten years old, voonzes Nick, Gorka, and Quinn asked Sushanti to give them charm necklaces to help them awaken their inner power. They chose their own charm element and Sushanti gave it to them under one condition, they were not allowed to use their necklaces' power outside the fairy world. It helped them to conjure magic during the training. They were amazed. There was one time while having personal training with voonz Nick and he was teaching them to awaken their inner power, Summer has conjured lightning power on her hand. It was her first power that came out that was not from the charm necklace. Voonzes Nick, Gorka, and Quinn were thrilled. "Fairy kids that have grown in the human world doesn't know that they have fairy powers. Only if something awakened will it be. You're strong, kid," voonz Nick even said. When they learned about Oleander years after, the three voonzes were jaw-dropped shocked. Her friends, on the other hand, were happy for her finding out as they all know that she has been looking for the answers about her origin. "You know kids, I'll tell you what, Oleander is one of the oldest fairies in the fairy world. He fought wars at an early age. His power is immense when he fights wars and Summer here took from him her lightning power. It's in her blood. Your great-grandfather is a great knight and royal advisor," voonz Quinn explained to them at that time. "No wonder your power came out strong," voonz Gorka added. Summer was very happy listening to their praises for her great-grandfather. It motivated her to be just like him, strong and powerful. Back at the moment, Winter and Rain's time is over. Their fight went great. Wind and earth magic filled their fight. "The last pair is Aristide and Kianni," elvyre Kel called for a fae and an elf pair. Both of them are a lightning element. They entered the arena and it closed down. The mountain battleground realm replaced the arena. Their battle started already. The audience can see flashes of lightning and sparks everywhere at the battleground. Kianni and Aristide can conjure their lightning very *well into different shapes. Well, one of the good things about being a full-blooded fairy is performing magic power easily. Unlike humans who are needed to be charmed first before the inner power gets awaken. Summer, as half-blood, awakened her inner power and she can use it easily. But she still wanted to have her necklace wind charm to have the same necklace as her friends. All of them were all waiting for their core power to be awakened and opened. After Kianni and Aristide's battle, it's lunchtime already. The bell rings loud at the whole academy. Summer and her friends meet up at the entrance of the school. "Come on! Aren't you, guys, starving!?" Snow is already throwing a tantrum yelling at River, Rain, and Ice who were left behind for minutes to get their things at the locker. "Coming!" the three boys yell back and run towards the girls.  "So, where are we going to eat lunch?" River asked. "I want to eat seafood!" Summer said. "I want pasta with seafood!" Ice said. "I want a seafood platter," Rain said as he's the picky food eater to their circle. "Then- we go to-" Winter said, "Kheilev's!!!" everyone finished up with Winter. They happily walked to Kheilev's Restaurant. "Voonz Nick said he's gonna eat lunch with us. He texted me," Rain said looking at his Pharrhiio technology watch with voonz Nick's message. "Great! Tell him to bring voonz Gorka and voonz Quinn along," Summer said. Rain typed his message on the hologram keypad on top of his watch. Pharrhiio possesses advanced technology even in the human world. Once, Summer and her friends were on a vacation in the human world. They went to the metro to fulfill their longing for the big cities in the human world. They missed the smell of humans, the noise that they and their technology were creating, the trends being talked about, the social media, the smell of the human world, the smell of the new clothes, the malls, cinemas, foods, technologies, transportations, and everything they could think of missing to have contact with at the human world. It happened when they stayed at Pharrhiio for their first special training. When they encountered real battles, mountains, monsters, beasts, different weird creatures, they felt like they missed the humans. They felt like they were reeking of the smell of the different creatures. So they decided to have a long vacation even if it means years of being gone at Pharrhiio and at Lhandefeen. More than that, they were finishing their school year at the time. They told their elvyre even to voonz Nick, Gorka, and Quinn. One day of their vacation, they encountered humans using the same technology as the one they were using at Pharrhiio. They were shocked and for the first time in months of their stay in the human world, they remembered the fairy city. They touched their palm on their forehead and closed their eyes and take off their hands from their forehead before opening their eyes. This is to close their magical eye that can see supernatural things. It was taught in Lhandefeen. They can touch their necklaces to perform it but they were scared that the necklace would react and emit strong power or even aura that might catch supernatural attention. What they saw earlier has disappeared and became an ordinary phone of human. "We all know that fairies are living in the human world. It was taught to us," Rain said. "Yeah. But ordinary people can't see them," Ice said. They learned that fairies in the human world are everywhere but the non-magical realms cannot see the magical realm. "I wonder if dad and grandma can see them, too," Summer asked. "I inherited their blood for sure. They have Oleander's blood, too," she added. "Maybe they were just hiding it on you," Rain said. At the moment, they arrived at the Kheilev's. They ordered three meals for each. They were starving after rounds of battle that they had. Their magic, even though not theirs but only the necklace's, drains their strength lately and they have been adding meals each meal that they were having. They started engulfing their meal when voonzes Nick, Gorka, and Quinn arrived. They ordered at the counter first before joining them at the table. "Hey, kids! You seemed hungry," voonz Nick said making wrinkle on his brows. "You're sort of getting big, aren't you? Is that why you get triple meals?" voonz Gorka asked, they laughed at the seven teenagers in front of them. "Our strength were drained after we perform magic. Every time. I can't believe it. It's not even coming from me, it's from the necklace," Snow complains in the middle of eating. "Really? Maybe you were moving quicker and heavier 'cause you're big now," voonz Nick said. "But we've been doing it for years and we were as big but why now?" Snow said. "Yeah. We were always starving after we perform magic. It was like our strength ran out that I could even fall asleep," Winter said. The voonzes' orders arrived and they joined them eating. "Well, maybe your inner powers are starting to be awakened. What do you think?" voonz Quinn asked voonz Nick and Gorka. "Well, maybe. Let's wait till it come out and see," voonz Nick said. They finished their food and walk back to the academy together. They went straight to their lockers to freshen up and change their clothes and suit. They went back to their classroom. Elvyre Blaze, the one giving them missions, get in the room and started talking. "I'm giving you new missions and all you have to do is investigate. Do not do anything to get any attention. You'll dress like a tourist and act like you belong while working on getting information. I'll give you specific instructions to each of your mission," elvyre Blaze said and he started assigning mission and giving instructions to each team. After elvyre Blaze gave them instructions, they all prepared and went on. Summer, River, Kianni, and Aristide their leader were on the same team. They are the lightning team. They went on to Khalakiior, the city of orcs. They were carefully wandering at the Khalakiior mountains where the territory of the orcs was. Their task was to investigate about the smuggling of fake gems from the different cities of the fairy world.  "Hahaha!" suddenly they heard laughter from afar. They could hear their indistinct talking. The team's instinct worked fast. Split second they have scattered at the branches of the trees a bit distant from the direction of the laughter's way into. They charmed their selves invisible. Their mission was to gather information and not to gather attention. They diminished their aura so that no one could notice their presence. A few minutes later, fourteen huge orcs more than seven feet tall were passing by. Their bodies were strong-built that looks like they have rocks piled inside their body. Their bodies were hard-looking. They look incredibly like Hulk but only they have big horns and fangs. And they are unbelievably ugly, —well, some of them. “Hahaha! Giddyup, boys! That big chest of yours is heavy just like money,” one of them said in a big growling voice, this one’s got a red headband and he's huge. "These will cost more than a hundred fortunes of our territory and we can easily build our own army and defeat the kingdoms of those cute flappy winged fairies," the second one has the same growling voice but this one was shorter and the body was as huge. Six of the orcs were carrying a huge chest. The team were thinking the same thing about what's inside the chest, gems. They passed by the team when suddenly Summer was hit by a wind spear at her legs. She fell off the tree and turned visible to the enemy. Her two legs were bleeding. River got so mad but he restrained his self and wait. The orcs stopped and one of them get to Summer in a flash. This one's neat and good-looking, a bit old and his fashion sense states its rank to the group. He stood in front of Summer. "Well, look at that. A cute little angel falling from a tree. You're not gonna see that everyday. Your power smells good that I can't resist to know who owns it," he said grinning at her. The team were flustered. This orc can sense power even if diminished. Summer felt her leg hurt so much that she couldn't get up. She's lying on the grass. The orc picked her up holding her chin. The three of the lightning team attacked the orc with their lightning spears hitting the orc's body. Summer slipped off his hands and he backed off. River get Summer and teleported her to one of the tree. Kianni and Aristide faced the orcs, while River put a healing potion to Summer's wounds and it healed instantly like the wound did not happened. "Thanks. Sorry about that," Summer said. "Sure! C'mon, let's help them," River said holding her hands to get her up. They joined Kianni and Aristide. "Sorry, guys," Summer said. She was suppose to say "I blew our cover" but she remembered what was taught to them. During the mission, when the cover was revealed do not say that you blew your cover. It is stating the mission directly to the enemy. "It's okay," Kianni said. Summer moved first. She aimed the huge chest and the orcs carrying it. One swift move and the orcs fell to the ground wounded by the lightning sword Summer has in hand. The chest turned to pieces and the gems scattered in the air. They have a proof now. The fake gem smuggling. The team attacked at once in a flash. Lightning volts strike everywhere. Summer slit the body of the orc who wounded her, while her team get the others. All of the orcs fell to the ground. The atmosphere turned silent for seconds. The team eliminated the weaklings. Now they have six orcs that are still standing. "Tsk tsk tsk. Rude kids,” the elder good looking orc shakes his head. “By the way, before you die I want you, kids, to know my name and these hooligans. Ahhahaha! These two handsomes are my brothers, Azkil and Serthe while those two giant uglies are Zaganduz and Gargux, and that good looking giant man is my best buddy, his name is Gorgaux. Now, may I introduce to you, Azmondius,” he said and curtsy bow at them. "Now, it's time to play. But you chose the wrong playmate especially you," the mad orc pointed his finger at Summer. The orcs attacked and the lightning team meet them in the middle. Azmondius intentionally get Summer. He used whirlwind technique to Summer and it throws her away but she created a wall shield to stop her from being thrown. He counter-attacked when he saw Summer stopping his attack. He throw Summer a strong tornado. Summer can see through the eye of the tornado. She slipped lightning threads at the circle of the tornado. The tornado glitz a strong blitzing. As the tornado was blitzing, River, Kianni, and Aristide scamper away from Summer and Azmondius. Whoever follows them, they were throwing them at the tornado's direction. The lightning threads reached Azmondius' hand and Summer scattered the volts at the tornado and she blasted it to Azmondius. Every one of the orcs were groaning in pain as they didn't escaped the blast. Azmondius gathered the wind in the area and  and started creating an incredibly wide and smooth-looking aqua blue whirlwind that's covering the whole forest. It maybe looks like water but Summer recognized that it's wind magic. She's an air charmed human and she can tell the difference of real magic to decoy magic. Lhandefeen teaches those. Water is dense while air is light. When the water gets dense, it becomes smooth while the air becomes rough when dense. When the water becomes light, it’s rough while the air gets smooth when becomes light. His whirlwind looks aqua blue but Summer can see the roughness of its molecule’s movements due to being wide and huge. He could sabotage an opponent’s counter-attack with that and buy time to kill. Summer can see that Azmondius will be attacking any minute now with his whirlwind fully conjured. His magic encloses the whole area. She teleported the team to the atmosphere. Her shield was holding them Azmondius followed them in the air. Kianni and Aristide get out of the shield through teleportation and let their wings out. Summer and River can only float using their shield in any form. Kianni and Aristide split to the left and right sides and attack Azmondius at once. The team's attacks helped to weaken Azmondius’ attacks but he’s really strong and even managed to strangle his vines around the bodies of Kianni and Aristide. The vines were getting tighter each time. “Say goodbye to your friends!” Azmondius said, and the vines were slowly pointing its sharp pointed tips to Kianni and Aristide. The two vibrates and emitted a lightning aura crashing the vines that are holding them into million pieces. Azmondius counter-attacked. He used his huge vines to hit Kianni and Aristide hard throwing them to the ground in a flash. The two open their wings before hitting the ground but Azkil, Serthe, Gorgaux, Garguz, and Zaganduz who have regained consciousness kept them occupied.   Azmondius went above the clouds and even higher. River and Summer chased him. He stopped in the middle of the thick clouds. He gathered all of the air around. The clouds tagged along with the wind surrounded him with dark clouds. They can see madness at the old orc. Summer and River gathered their lightning power at the top of Azmondius’ head then throw it at him. The clouds surrounding him glitz a strong blitzing. The old orc was not affected by their attack but instead it bounced their attack back to them. The two fell fast half-conscious. They regained consciousness halfway and get back up in the sky again. Azmondius fly higher and surrounded his body with his cloud whirlwind. Summer created a huge ball of lightning and get on top of Azmondius' head. As she get inside his whirlwind, she could already feel electric volts twitching on her skin. River tried to stop her calling her name but he was too late. Summer jammed her huge lightning ball at Azmondius’ head and as he sees it, he closed his cloud whirlwind with her inside. Summer blasted Azmondius inside his own whirlwind. The blast reached River and the three of them fall from the sky unconscious. Meanwhile, Kianni and Aristide saw the blast in the sky and saw River and Summer falling. The orcs wouldn't let them pass to save their teammates. They fought them back hoping for the two to wake up before falling to the ground. Summer woke up half of the fall but still half-awake. She saw River tailing her. She was shocked but she's too weak to conjure magic and shield them both. She poured her power to create full potential damage to her attack and now her power was drained. Even her necklace was not responding. She forced her magic. Her chest was heating up and it's hurting. Her magic is not coming out. She tried and forced herself again. Suddenly, a blue luminous huge wings appeared on her back and it has electric power glitzing all over it. She looked at it and it bend. "I'm doing it! It's my wings!" she said surprised that the wings followed her thoughts. She's still weak but at least regained her consciousness to her surprise at her wings. She catch River immediately and fly him to the ground.  “We’re sorry, guys. We need to finish three giant orcs and two wind magic orcs. I’m glad you made it. Like wow! You have wings,” Kianni said. “It’s okay. They were like Azmondius when combine. But yeah, I was surprised with the wings too. My grandma doesn’t have one,” she said in a tired voice. “We need to bring everyone to Phega’an and Summer and River at the infirmary,” Aristide said. Using her plant magic element, Kianni tied the unconscious orcs. Aristide gathered all of the gems in one shield. They'd gonna need it all for investigation as to where it was all from. Afterwards, the two looked for Azmondius' body. They saw him fall and they know the possible location of his fall. Summer was too weak and she's experiencing so much sleepiness but she's forcing herself to stay awake to guard River and the unconscious prisoners. A couple of minutes later. Kianni and Aristide teleported back with Azmondius' body. Aristide gathered the prisoners, the gems and his teammates near him enough to teleport them back at Pharrhiio.  In sudden, they arrived at Phega’an Station, the place where criminals are being held for investigations and interrogations. There are voonzes who attended to them and they felt horrible as they saw Summer passed out.
