CHAPTER 3

Jessie, I yell. If you're a walking sin, then I'm gonna be hell on heels. "Oh my God," she screams, putting a hand over her mouth. Let's take a shot for the pre-game. With that, I turned up Miley Cyrus party and the USA. Our Uber arrived twenty minutes later, and we made it to STARS. At good timing, too. It's already packed. As we walked in, we were met with the loud base, flashing lights, and a long bar with small metal chairs. Tiny oak tables in the center for extra seating.. My heels were already sticking to the split beer. Pool table in the back corner, lit by a low light next to that is a juke box. Looking up, I see another dance floor, with a few small bars up there. It's almost shaped like a cube. Instead of a small oak table, they have a booth with more seating and a smaller dance floor. Jessie taps my shoulder, and I lean down in her ear. Let's get a drink she yells over the music, nodding my head, we try to get through the throng of people just socializing. What I didn't see was the she devils from earlier. The ring leader stuck her foot out, and I tripped over it. Stumbling forwards, I cought myself with my hands against the bar, landing with an umph. Looking up, I see the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen. Light purple his hair was so black it looked blue under the light. His one arm was covered in tattoos, and he had a scar going threw his eye brow. His black hat backward, and his Black shirt hugging all the right places. Jessie comes to my side. "Are you alright?" she asks worriedly. Snapping me out of my oggling. I take a deep breath "yea I'm fine, the she devils tripped me." Sure enough, they were standing behind us. Can you move pig? we are with our dates. Pointing to the bartender, I was just checking out. Jessie looks to her left and gets caught in the same trance. He was tall as well with white hair, see through blues eyes. His polo colar popped. With a smile and a wink, he acknowledged us, checking him out. He had the same arm covered in tattoos, but he had his lip pierced. Mortified, I turn back to purple eyes. "I'll take an Alabama slammer, please, Great choice u have in ladies there. Have fun." I sent him a wink. With a confused expression on his face, We left. We make it back to the pool table sections, sitting down on one of those little tables we start drinking our drinks. HANSEL POV I really can't believe I agreed to this Jacobi. I grumble yet again for the hundredth time. After stacking the bar and the door opened, it's been non-stop. We're slinging more drinks than coyote ugly at this point. I can be at the office going over paper work, or even taking a run. No, I had to be here to get the council off my back and actually leave the pack house and act presentable. I lost track of the pile of napkins I had with girls trying to throw numbers at me. All I can do is act polite and smile, and hand them their drinks like nothing happened. Jacobi is in his element sucking it all up, enjoying it. This little s**t is just enjoying my torment. How he can stand the music, and all these smells is beyond me at this point. Kaos is on edge. He's on the same page as me. He hates the attention and dosen't like females flopping to us like they are fish begging for water. Thankfully, nothing is at my back, but a mirror. which gives me a little encouragement to not be so guarded. After a while of fake smiles and fancy parlor tricks with the mix drinks, I smelt trouble before I even saw it. Three blonde women walk up. Practically throwing themselves on the bar. Hey, cutie, the one tries to purr, but it comes out nasal like. "I haven't seen you around here," she says. Rubbing her plastic talon like nails down my arm. Yea, I'm new here. We just started bartending tonight, I say with nodding my head to Jacobi. Oh, she says, stepping back, looking at Jacobi's white hair. How old is he? she says, looking appalled with her hand on her chest. He's twenty-one like me. Oh, and his hair is white already? she asks. Jacobi noticed her shallow behavior and frowns. He leans over my arm and says, "Don't knock it till you try it, sweetheart." Followed by his signature wink. She scoffs ha as if. I want your friend here. So what's your name sexy? once again, dragging her nails down my arm. Before I had a chance to answer, a girl came face first into the bar. She had the most amazing eyes I have ever seen. A light brown, but with my eyesight, I can see the outline of the contacts. I catch her observing me as well. For once, I didn't feel disgusted. He hair fell over her face and chest from the impact. Once she straightened herself up, I caught the sight of her glorious body and the way her shirt and shorts hugged everything in the right places. Goddess, what's happening to me? All I can smell is booze, and the blonde's cheap perfume in my nose. I missed the exchange between the two and was left with her asking for a drink. Once her hand briefly touched mine, I felt it. " Great choice in ladies you have she says, "then left with a wink. What the actual hell just happened? The blonde with enough makeup. A paint scaper is needed to get it off fills in the blank. Don't worry, baby, she won't bother us anymore. So what time are you done here? And you never did give me your name. She says with a fake pout. I'm looking over a Jacobi for help. He mind linked me. She just told the dark hair beauty and the dirty blonde hair one she's on a date with you after she tripped her when she was walking up to the bar. Hence, why she said, "You know how to pick them." I give her credit, she took it like a champ, and handled it really well. They called her a pig and tried to embarass her. Then he drops the bomb. I think the auburn hair one might be my mate. Oh yea, I replied "that this one just told mine she's with me." With that, he drops the bottle mid spill and looks at me like I told him I could fly like a dragon. Wh- what did you just say? "I said that this blonde just told my mate she's with me." The worst part was she didn't even react when our hands touched. I think she's human. How the hell can I have a Luna that's human?! Being me for one and two the council! Let's not jump to conclusions alpha. Jacobi started we have a few minutes left until our replacement comes. We can look for them then. Fine. I said. I better answer her and make clear, that we aren't or ever will be an item. My name is none of your concern. I would appreciate it if you stopped saying we're on a date. I'm working, and you're hovering. Now, if you aren't getting any more drinks, I would appreciate it if you moved to the side so other people can get drinks. With that she flips her hair, grabs her friends. "Whatever" she says,I "you're just a bartender anyways that dosen't make shit."
