The Unexpected
When my six-year-old came home with bruises and puncture wounds on her arms and legs, I was more than furious. Between her screaming, I was trying to get her to tell me what happened.
"Mommy, don't make me go back. I don't want to return to Allenwood Academy," she cried.
"Why, baby girl? Who did this to you?" I asked her. It took a while for her to come clean, especially since she was so scared that the other kid wouldn't get in trouble.
"A kid in school, he's been bullying me since he started a month ago," she said with tears in her eyes.
As I was cleaning her up, I took pictures of her wounds to file a police report and a report with the school. When I was done, I posted the photos in the class group chat with the other parents and the teacher.
Me: *attached images* Who did this to my daughter?
Jade: My son did exactly as I told him to.
Jade: *attached images* Karma's a b***h, huh? Guess you should've thought before stealing someone's husband and having their bastard child.
I was shocked by the photos she sent, the first one being a "wedding" photo of her and my husband and the other being a family photo of me, my daughter, and my husband.
The group chat exploded. Parents I had known for years blew up at me, calling me and my daughter names and just being rude and brutal.
Even her teacher, Ms. Andrews chimed in.
Ms. Andrews: Sam did so well today, Jade! He'll get an extra treat tomorrow!
Jade: We're still at school if you want to face me. Unless you're scared...
I strapped my daughter into the car and called my lawyer.
"Jase, get the divorce papers ready. Use the prenup, I want Christopher out with nothing," I said the moment my attorney, Jason, answered his phone. "My darling husband has been busy cheating on me for the past six years." The entire drive back to school I was fuming. Who does this b***h think she is? Who lets their kid put their hands on another child?
As I was pulling into the parking lot for the school, I called my security team. "Drew, I need all of you at the school ASAP! Jessie was hurt by her classmate. Drag my sorry excuse of a husband with you, it's going to get messy," I told him when he answered. I didn't give him time to reply before I hung up my phone.
