Young bride

Sarah is an average high school student who wants to walk in her father’s footsteps and become a skillful cardiologist. Little did she knew that after a tragic accident she becomes an orphan. Now she is left all alone to look after her twin sisters. The worst part is that there is man who is claiming to be her husband, how can she be married when she is only 16. Unfortunately after the trauma she only remembers few things definitely not the husband part.
