Chapter 1

It was a occasion of Holi. People of different age were playing with colours. Many were visiting their neighbours to wish them. Similarly Singh family visited Mehra family for celebrating this special occasion together as they were known to be best friends and some what relatives.

The door bell rang and in came the Singh’s along with our 7 year old hero Veer. All were wishing each other but his eyes were searching someone special close to his heart. As if listening to his heart soon came running our 5 year old little princess Anu. Yes She Is His Princess.

Veer and Anu were sitting on a sofa along with others. They were waiting for this occasion eagerly . They innocent eyes were wandering here and there. They always wait for some occasions so that they could meet each other, spend time with other. Since Veer don’t live in that society where Anu live. They were inseparable from such a small age. When they were far apart, Veer always used to ring Anu to know about her day .

They were not talking much though , their eyes were. They don’t need any words to describe how happy they were then. Their silence, the beautiful smiles on their faces describe each and every word. They kept stealing glances from each other and if any one of them caught the other staring they just smile.

Soon the whole family were engaged in their discussions and on the other hand they take this as their cue to skip out from there and reach their favourite spot - THEIR BALCONY

They were talking about random stuff like studies , friends and also played a bit. Soon evening approach and all the family members chit chat about different things and our two beautiful souls were just playing around the house.

In the night both the families have dinner together and they bid their goodbyes.

Veer and Anu were over the moon today. For they got to see each other again and they got to share this pious event with each other. They were happy in their own bubble. For Veer meeting with Anu even for a few minutes was more than enough to bring a smile on his face. He was more close to her sweet little innocent best friend Anu than any other else. For Anu too the case was same. Though she has a bunch of friends and every body adores her in her locality, still the place for Veer is reserved. He holds a special place in her heart. He is her friend, guide and something more which he couldn’t pin point now.

That night those two innocent buds slept peacefully with a smile adorning their face - the reason they themselves were unaware of. They wished silently for some miracle to happen so that they could live together happily. They slept silently wishing each other good night .

What those two don’t know is that their wish is going to be true very soon and that they are going to live together and spend each moment with joy. God has granted their innocent wish.
